Well, let me say first I have never heard of this hotel group. I got in late, I was tired. It was a quick Guggenheim adventure day and then I was out. I would not think twice about using their hotels again. What a great little organization. They are on top of their hotels. Their communication skills are fantastic. They pay attention to what’s going on in their facilities I was beyond impressed and really hope I get the opportunity to use them in the future. And I will be recommending them to anybody who travels like I do. For long periods of time and on fairly thoughtful budget.

There’s nothing I did not like about the property.

The room was very clean and located in the Casco Viejo which allowed us to have the best visit in town all by walk only. It was perfectly centred and the reception system (the check-in is made in another hotel) was very well done even if dislocated in another building (only 100 metres from it). This allowed to discover a nice atmosphere in the co-working space and in the cafeteria (in the hall of the other building. The bathroom provided a bidet as well, which is very rare outside Italy, but a very nice comfort. I would have loved to have a kettle in the bedroom to make the stay even cozyer. The staff was very kind and made sure everything was alright even after we left. I would recommend it 100%.

The acoustic insulation from the window facing the street is a bit low, but doesn't bother during the night: we woke up with a very pleasant piano music coming from the street.

Great location in the characterful and lively old town - yet the room was quiet. Plenty of good eateries in the neighbourhood. The staff were so warm, welcoming and helpful - both with suggestions of where to eat/drink, etc and with our bicycles, which we kept in our very spacious room. We were able to leave our bikes and panniers behind the reception desk on our departure day, as our ferry wasn't leaving until the evening and it poured with rain for most of the day. Bilbao was the last stop of our cycle from Roscoff to Hendaye on the French/Spanish border (we took the train from Hendaye to Bilbao). The reception staff spoke good English and helped us plan our journey with bikes on the Metro to Bilbao port (so we didn't have to cycle through the industrial area). Highly recommend.

We booked this hotel as we needed somewhere for 1 night that was central in Bilbao. I would never normally look at anything less than 4 star so was hesitant when my partner suggested this hotel. However, we were greeted with a warm arrival by staff, our room was spacious and very clean and the location was right in the middle of the old town so perfect for exploring. We had a room that faced the back of the building so didn't experience any noise issues from the pedestrian street that the hotel is in. We heard a little echoing of voices in the corridor as people returned to their room but nothing excessive. It was perfect for what we needed and I wouldn't hesitate staying again in the future.

Staff at the front desk were excellent. I had initially booked a standard room. But I requested for a change as I was a bit unwell and wanted a roomier room. Since they did not have any alternative in the same grade, they upgraded me to another room. The gentleman at the front desk (whose name i forget but had an old wise man vibe) was way too kind and accommodating.

The room freshner is very strong and because the hotel is in the middle of Bilbao Old Town and in a street with really good bars and restaurants, it can get busy. Though it did not bother me so much - something to think about for people who prefer pin drop silence.

It is located in the very heart of the old town what makes it easy to discover this part of the city and enjoy countless bars and restaurants of local cousin. We booked the room of 18m2 and it was quite comfortable for 2 days. Our window was on the backyard and I would say that this was a big plus taking into consideration that the street is noisy until late at night. The breakfast of a good quality for a reasonable price.

Actually, nothing! I would stay here again.

The room was a good size, the bathroom and shower were excellent, and the cleaning service was very good. The staff at reception were friendly and helpful. The king size bed didn't have an obvious ridge in the middle, and the pillows were comfortable too.

The noise coming from the street overnight/early morning wasn't great - some double-glazing on the windows is sorely needed. We would really have appreciated a kettle and some tea/coffee bags. It makes a big difference to be able to make a hot drink, especially in the cool weather.

The hotel is close to the tram and not a far walk to the metro/subway. There is a lovely bakery and a cafe right across the way. The beds were comfortable. The shower is a good size with lots of very hot water. Shampoo and shower gel are provided, along with hand soap at the sink. There is no staff on-site. They are available 24 hours at a hotel just a block away. All necessary information is available through a QR code. The hotel is quiet both inside and outside.

I prefer a more firm pillow.

We spent two wonderful days. The room was clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, you can get the main attractions on foot. Lots of bars and restaurants around, no need to go far to try some local specialties. Loads of shops with souvenirs and other things you might want to buy, the hotel staff is helpful and friendly. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

The only thing I wish I had in a hotel room was a kettle to drink tea in the evening or in the morning

Very clean and comfortable rooms with plenty of space and storage. Great location in the old town, just five minutes walk from the metro. Staff were friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade to a superior double room which was lovely. The hotel reception smells nice (like a spa) when you enter. It felt very quiet and couldn't hear outside street noise so slept really well. Lots of natural light in the room.

There was an electrical buzzing noise in the bedroom when the key card is in the holder - but nothing major, we just took the key out of the holder at night.
