Nice and spacious room. The people at the reception were friendly and always ready to help. The position is right in the middle of the Casco viejo, so don't expect any peace and calm.

The rooms were not soundproof at all. The streets are very noisy, from 7 am until 1 am. We were also woken up two nights in a row from our loud neighbours that came back home late at night, shouting. We also heard them snoring as if they were snoring next to us. This is not acceptable for a modern hotel, and for this price range. Also, in the common room you can only find a boiler and tea. Not even instant coffee. A fridge in the room would have been appreciated.

The location of this hotel is perfect. Right in the middle of the old town and close to many bars and restaurants. The hotel is great value. Room was clean, with very comfortable bed, good quality bed linen and towels, a great rain shower and two large wardrobes with ample storage. It is worth paying a little more for a superior room for the extra space. The manager Jorge left a very nice welcome note for us along with some treats. There is no restaurant in the hotel but there are many places nearby to get breakfast. There is self service tea and coffee downstairs. The a/c worked well for us as it was very hot outside.

There is no safe or fridge in the room but that is reflected in the price.

Very comfortable and well appointed room in an excellent location in the Old Town. Pleasant lighting and decor, a superior bathroom and grand shower, pleasant complimentary toiletries. The building has an excellent modern remodel, including a speedy elevator if desired, and excellent stairs, which we preferred. A nice tea service was available in the lobby downstairs. Check in staff (was at a different hotel down the street) spoke English, and was very friendly and helpful including walking us down to our room to demonstrate key pad use.

The only thing that kept me from rating even higher was that it was not a true double bed (twins pushed together), and for this price point a hot pot or coffee machine in the room would have been appreciated. We had a rental car and parking is not available in the Old Town, but we were given a subsidized rate at the underground parking garage by the riverfront.

Perfectly located in the charming old town of Bilbao. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to check into our room before the official check-in time, which we really appreciated. Although the hotel itself doesn’t have a reception or breakfast service, this wasn’t a problem at all since the twin hotel just a two-minute walk away offers both. This setup worked seamlessly for us. Overall, a great experience and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Bilbao!

There is no on-site parking, but a public parking lot, El Arenal, is about a 10-minute walk away. The hotel offers a small discount for parking, although it’s quite minimal.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Bilbao’s Old Town. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet, ideal for a couple of nights’ stay in this cool city. The staff are friendly and always happy to help; nothing is ever a problem. Check-in was quick and easy, and there’s a cozy ground-floor area with tea, water, and seating. perfect whether you’re catching up on work or enjoying some Basque cheesecake

Lovely staff with an easy check in at another hotel. The actual hotel is a few buildings down, right in the old town so amazing location to be in the hustle and bustle. The room was spacious with nice comfy bed and great shower. Nicely decorated with lovely big windows. They also had working spaces in both hotels which plenty of other people used during the day. Would have liked to stay here longer!

Although in a great central location, it could be noisy on weekend evenings and early in the morning with shops opening or building work. We had to be up early anyway, but definitely not the hotel for people who like a lay in.

Well, let me say first I have never heard of this hotel group. I got in late, I was tired. It was a quick Guggenheim adventure day and then I was out. I would not think twice about using their hotels again. What a great little organization. They are on top of their hotels. Their communication skills are fantastic. They pay attention to what’s going on in their facilities I was beyond impressed and really hope I get the opportunity to use them in the future. And I will be recommending them to anybody who travels like I do. For long periods of time and on fairly thoughtful budget.

There’s nothing I did not like about the property.

The room was very clean and located in the Casco Viejo which allowed us to have the best visit in town all by walk only. It was perfectly centred and the reception system (the check-in is made in another hotel) was very well done even if dislocated in another building (only 100 metres from it). This allowed to discover a nice atmosphere in the co-working space and in the cafeteria (in the hall of the other building. The bathroom provided a bidet as well, which is very rare outside Italy, but a very nice comfort. I would have loved to have a kettle in the bedroom to make the stay even cozyer. The staff was very kind and made sure everything was alright even after we left. I would recommend it 100%.

The acoustic insulation from the window facing the street is a bit low, but doesn't bother during the night: we woke up with a very pleasant piano music coming from the street.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, near public transport. The cleanliness impeccable and the staff super accomodating and friendly especially Marta from the reception and Emelyn from the housekeeping.

There was a heating wave during our stay in Bilbao and our room was not properly air conditioned.We contacted the reception and the manager was fully helpful. They compensated us and tried to make the rest of our stay as comfortable as possible.

I had a very good stay. Everything was smooth and easy. It was really a pleasure to be there without any problems. The staff gave me good directions and recommendations. The hotel was very clean and well kept. It matched the price, and the facilities were excellent. Also, the location was very central, everything was at walking distance, which was super convenient. The area was very quiet, I couldn’t hear any noise from outside, so I slept very well. Honestly, I recommend this place. I would stay here again for sure!
