Very clean, no buds in the room at all. Noise wasn’t too bad considering how central the hotel is. Would definitely recommend as it seemed to be highly rated compared to other hotels in the area

Overpriced compared to other islands. When it rained and everyone’s shoes outside got soaked the staff just sat and watched. Me and my partner moved every bodies shoes under the roof so that they would dry. It took 10 seconds, don’t understand why the staff wouldn’t do this simple decency while they were doing nothing?

It was very clean and central to everything. About half way between both beaches and about 100m from where the view point walk started, great location but no views. We were picked up at the dock and bags taken to our room even though we were very early, they arranged one of our rooms to be ready and let us use it until the rest of the rooms we booked were ready to go. The gentleman from the hotel was also our captain for the long tail bout tour- island hopping and it was amazing only $75 Aus per person for 6 hours.

The location was great, right in the middle of the hustle and bustle Phi Phi could offer and easily accessible from all directions. The hotel had a no-shoes policy which meant that the floors were always immaculately clean in the communal areas. Finally a place with no sand in every nook and cranny. The room had a decent view, overlooking some rooftops and the mountains in the distance. The bedroom was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Perhaps due to the number of tourists that come to this hotel, I initially found the staff to be transactional and unwelcoming, very unlike Thai people. However, once a relationship had been made, they let their guard down were quite accommodating to our needs and went above and beyond. It just goes to show that if you treat people like they want to be treated it can make a huge difference.

I had requested a room with a terrace as I had seen on YouTube, but it was unavailable even though I was told it would be available through communication with the hotel weeks before I arrived. But still, the room we got was fine. Initially, I found the room unbearably hot. We found that drawing the curtains helped with this as the room gets full sun all day and this causes a greenhouse effect. This somewhat resolved the issue. The noise outside from the bars is dreadful. The music was incredibly loud and getting an early night is totally out of the question. There were signs of wear and tear everywhere, although everything was in complete working order. The hotel is okay for a few nights while you're in Phi Phi, but for a longer stay, there are better suited alternatives although pricier.

Everywhere was fully booked or not in our budget or had very bad reviews so we booked it the day before and were worried after everything we heard from people complaining about hotels in Phi Phi islands that are dirty, full of bugs, stains on the bed sheets etc. In fact when we were checking in someone came asking desperately for a room since the hotel he booked was in a horrible situation. The rooms were clean, had cute decoration and the best part was that they had a coffee machine at the ground floor that offered everything : thai milk tea, latte, cappuccino, hot chocolate, espresso and had things for tea next to it too. That was available until 10am every morning. We wanted to extend our stay when we decided to stay one more day in the island but they were fully booked. Make sure you write the correct timing of your arrival at the port so that they help you with the carrying of the bags(they have a trolley for that) . Location was good too! Outside Noise not that bad. You might be able to see in the photo we asked for double bed but wasn’t available so we created one😅

The only thing I would say was that the bathroom was very small and the shower had curtains that were touching the toilet. The other room that our parents stayed though was more spacious and had a plastic guard instead of curtains.

Great affordable hotel right in the centre of all the action and minutes from the beach. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and also helped us book a boat tour. The room was slightly dated but had everything we needed. Some late night noise from nearby bars but nothing that can't be solved with some earplugs!

The rooms were a bit dated and there was noise from nearby bars that went on until the early hours.

The hotel was in a perfect location, next to all bars, restaurants, and the beach. Only 10 minutes from the pier. The staff was absolutely helpful.

When we arrived in the Koh Phi Phi, we had to call the hotel even though we were informed that a staff member would pick us. Also, during the night, it was a bit nosy from all surrounding bars.

The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. Our initial room had an issue and we were immediately moved to a new room. The new room was certainly an upgrade and was great to stay in.

Everything that the hotel could control was great, however the music next door at night was quite loud and it made it challenging to get good sleep. The key also was a bit bulky to always carry around in an age of card keys for doors it would be nice to see that upgraded.

The property is a hidden gem on Phi Phi, it’s lovely, very clean and the staff are friendly. Super close to the beach which we loved, fire shows on the beach at nighttime. The room is spacious and bed was massive. Air con was so good as the rooms tend to get hot, the seaside beach vibe was nice too.

This hotel is pretty central therefore it’s near pubs etc. we were on the 3rd floor and the music from pubs nearby can be abit loud but it didn’t bother us as we’d just go down to see it ourselves.

Nice little hotel, clean and smelt fresh. Quite noisy at night with it being so close to all the busy bars/restaurants. Thin walls so could hear every movement and people coming in and out. But overall a nice hotel at a reasonable price! We booked a boat trip through the hotel which was really convenient and a great day out! Would stop here again
