The rooms are neat clean and well-equipped. Even though breakfast was not included (I choose not to include it), they gave complimentary coffee, which was great. In the parking lot, there's a well-known diner. At walking distance to fast food restaurants and malls, location is excellent. I also liked that the lobby had many activities to do: pool table, drinking games, board games, a nice bar, and a balcony.

The room wi-fi didn't work, but I was able to use the guest wi-fi, which was ok.

The hotel was so nice! My sister and my husband and I went for an overnight stay so my husband could have a procedure done. The room was huge, the bathroom was huge, and it was soooo clean! It has coffee maker and refrigerator as well. The beds were the most comfortable ones we've ever slept in. I think even better than the one I sleep on every day. It was obviously a newer place, and they had hardwood floors and automatic blinds with huge windows. My sister and I loved the huge second story outdoor balcony with the fire pits. Two restaurants just a few steps away. Went to the one called Caps and the food was really good. The absolute best food we had however is a place called Swensons drive in. They have the best hamburgers ever! Only about 6 miles away. It's an absolute must! We were very impressed with the hotel and we will be coming back in May and we will definitely be staying here. I don't think I would stay anywhere else now.

I called the property before booking and was told there was not a pet fee. So I booked a room. I then was charged a $50 pet fee. I had to wait until after 2 pm the next day to reach the manager and discuss the charge. It was like pulling teeth to get her to refund the fee. I did not appreciate her push back when I explained the facts to her

Rude customer service at check in. We used booking.com and he didn't see that we were already paid and tried to charge us again. When we questioned it and showed him we were paid he jumped at us. Told us never to use booking.com that calling directly would of been easier and cheaper. Very bad first impression but the stay turned out to be wonderful! We had a great time!

the location was perfect. only 8 mins away from the nationwide arena venue. a great choice if someone is planning on going a an event at nationwide arena. the hotel is very secure o

kind of noisy . I didn’t complain but I could hear various banging throughout the night. I think we were on the same floor as kids. normally I ask for a room away from others this time I didn’t do it is what it is. the walls in the room had some wear and tear but overall the room was very nice.

The whole hotel is beautiful and is immaculate. It's almost hard to tell that anyone had stayed in the room before we did. The bar is beautiful and the outside deck with live music was so much fun! Loved it! It was cozy with couches and a couple of fires. The interior of the bar was adorned with velvet couches.. very modern.

I didn't like that at 830am the housekeeper was knocking on the door to see if we had checked out or not. Super rude! I'd suggest the "do not disturb" sign since they come before it's even check out time.

It is a great location for being close to a lot of different things and having a parking lot was great.

It was close to what we needed, but there wasn't a lot around for down time. It fit our purposes. However, it is a bit out of the way

An amazing place, we stayed for 25 days, You will have a lot of stores, restaurants, and groceries near the hotel, Pat (in charge of the kitchen) and all the staff are amazing, no doubt, I would stay again without thinking.

The pool was not warm, but besides that is a great place!!!

I really like Alofts. The layout of the rooms is really smart, I love the funky decor and the beds are super comfortable. I looove the DryBar products in the bathrooms. Parking is super easy and convenient at this location!

They don’t have microwave. In the purchase agreement i had breakfast included on booking.com, that’s why I reserved it. When i got to the loft they said there’s no breakfast included.
