The secluded of the place, the feeling of comfortability, peace, it did feel like home away from home, the knowledge of the staff members about the place, the cleanest of the room was spotless clean. The comfort, the respect of the guess with one to another, so quiet, relax, peaceful. Definitely recommend it 110% to all my friends and family, and we are coming back soon.

Very clean and comfortable. Although the cooking facilities are in the room, there are no supplies (no pots, pans, utensils or dishes) so bring your own if you plan to cook.

Location is great. Reception team are awesome.

The elevator is dirty and the bed is not comfortable at all. There is no iron in the room.

The unit had a kitchenette that I had not expected due to the price point. The parking lot was well lit without shining in the windows. There was ample storage, a larger bathroom with ADA sized door. Everything in good working order. An excellent value!

How big it was, couldn't that others had animals there. Smelled great in hallways. Like the fact that it felt homey. If needed something by staff there would assist quickly.

The deposit should be told when making a reservation not when you arrive.

Front desk clerk, JJ was very good at his job. Great customer service and communication. He is one of the good ones, Wood Springs! Well definitely stay there again.

On the road and needed a place to stay, of the 14 or so hotels in this area I felt this was the best value and the better hotel so I booked and was very happy with my choice.

The bed was a little too hard. Everything else was excellent. The shower was super excellent

We were surprised that there was a small kitchen and table in the room. It was a small room, but we enjoyed the ammentities that were in it.
