Great location, The staff were wonderful. They were able to accommodate early check-in. The hotel is well maintained. The restaurant was good. I, especially, enjoyed the view of the sunset at balcony

The building is new as well as the apartments. The decorations of the apartments (specially the kitchen/dining room and the living room) are really modern and makes you feel comfortable. Also, one of the days we spent in it, we took the breakfast and it has a wide variety for western as well as for middle eastern people

The only thing that we didn't like, was the fact that the mix of single people with families in the same floor, makes your stay a little uncomfortable because, and I understand and respect, single people wants to party all night long without stopping. However, if besides you there is a family with a baby (still breastfeeding) it is really not convenient for a desired relaxing time. So a big suggestion to hotel management is to consider this by the time of booking.

Good location. Helpful and friendly staff

They have only two lifts for guests for a 22 story building. Although there is a dedicated Service lift also, their staff keep using all three lifts. Sometimes you just wait and wait. This is the only negative point of this residence. Now the building is constructed so they can't just add a new lift but what they can is to improve lift (speed) and restrict staff to use Service lift only. Yes, sometimes guests also use Service lift but guests mostly go from ground to their floors or maybe breakfast at a fixed time, but staff need to move from floor to floor all the day. Fixing staff to Service lift and guests to other two lifts will improve a lot.

Rooms are large clean and comfortable Locations is good and surrounded with hotels We did not eat at hotel The receptioniest are kind and helpful , they had up grade my room.

Phone system was not working at room Freezer side was over freezing but fridge side was warm

It was comfortable and clean and the location was very reachable.

I recommend it especially for families.

The 3-bedroom apartment I booked was spacious enough for a family that includes two adult children, three kids, and a nanny. They have various useful facilities. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a couple of min. drive from a commercial street with excellent variety of shops and restaurants.

For the price I paid, I would've liked to have had breakfast already included. Their breakfast buffet seemed adequate from passing through it, but I did not eat there. Although I requested a high floor with a nice view, the check-in receptionist gave us the apartment at the lowest floor, with a not-so-nice view; which would have been understandable had she at least mentioned the request I made and availability. Granted, I could have asked for another apartment, but I did not have the energy to get into it at the time.

The Staff were absolutely brilliant Ali and the full team a check in to Nadeem and the consierge team were superb, The canteen staff were good at breakfast, except one of the chefs making the fresh omelette, it felt like asking for something was a bit too much, breakfast could be improved though.

The cleanliness of the room furnishings definitely should be better and the smell in the lift areas should be looked at, Also breakfast has to be improved, as not much choice and very limited instant availability of items, has to wait for replenishment of most buffet items even at very quiet times, also the chefs and staff did not know what fresh cream was which either was very strange or they didn't want to serve it, ended up giving us whipped cream , when we showed the chef what fresh cream is on the Internet he was too busy arguing that it was cream cheese we were showing, which it clearly was not, so that was very disappointing

Huge, clean apartment with nice view. Each room has its own bathroom. Living room was very specious. Mr Aly Mahmoud in the reception was very friendly and when I requested for a late checkout although it was Friday, he answered. “ consider it done” which gave me a feeling that I am dealing with a friend not a worker in a hotel. Thank you Amigo 🙂👍🏻. Also Mr Bashar, a nice guy standing behind the desert table in the lobby was very friendly and gave me some good and honest suggestions about my stay in Bahrain.

The lobby in the entrance looks nice but I think it can be improved to accommodate nice coffee shop and seating area to relax and chill.
