We like having everything close by and the beach at our fingertips. Room was great. Outdoor area was nice. Shower and bath were good for family.

We have stayed before and really appreciated the warm, clean spa. It’s one of the reasons we book Opal Cove. This time the spa was dirty and cold. 8 understand it was Summer holidays but we were all disappointed.

Nothing this trip but a week later - I’d stayed again. Here is the necessary feedback when I checked out on 24/5. Normally great staff but this morning manager was banging on my door because I missed 10am checkout. I checked in very late and just driven through Taree flood waters that evening. The hotel looked quiet when I awoke, quickly showered and left. The manager was grumpy to me when I finally answered the door - not hearing the banging or phone from the shower noise. We all have jobs to do and timelines to manage - but without customers that manager would be unemployed. I didn’t respond and assumed her family had been affected by floods also.

Easy check in, good location, great staff, plenty of facilities available to keep everyone happy. Large spacious rooms Easy access to the beach Great for rock collecting but no swimming due to rips and it is unpatrolled so keep an eye on the kids but still plenty of fun to be had

A lot of noise from other rooms We were on level 2 and could hear the people upstairs thumping around. Bathroom facilities were clean but dated and the non slip bath was stained Not sure if a good bleaching would bring them back but it made it look dirty. Shower over bath in our room so not suitable for people with mobility issues

The venue was very easy to access and use the facilities. Some aspects were not available as we were not in high season but we still had a good time. The pool area was great for the kids. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Kookaburras were daily visitors.

Would have like all aspects to be available and the exterior could use a new paint job. Restaurant food whilst good had limited choices especially if staying more than a couple of days. In that case you might want to eat elsewhere which could be a bit of a drive into the main area of Coffs Harbour 10-15 minutes.

The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and the block out curtain made for a lovely dark room for a good sleep after a long drive. The staff were very friendly, informative and courteous. The reception area was very clean, the lifts were amazing - no stairs like so many other places. Highly recommend !

Not enough disability parking, there were 2 spaces just outside the main entry but I understand there wasn't much room for another space. I was fortunate that I had a support worker travelling with me who could park the car in the main car park a short walk away.

We had a room for 3 people with 2 double beds. the room was spacious enough for us. Pool towels were supplied and there were plenty of chairs around the pool. Entry steps into the pool rather than ladder was a bonus for me especially. Location is in a quiet area but still close enough to the town centre. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the Bar staff.

Pool Bar was only open for an hour, not long enough and which didn't match listed opening times. A ceiling light over the patio side of the room would have been helpful for eating dinner and playing cards. lights over the beds was fine.

The location is great, the staff were all helpful and all very courteous and very friendly especially with my 3 year old girl👌 The food was good and they let us get a take out to our room which helped a lot. The morning coffees from the bar were great tasting. The breakfast buffet plentiful, The pools were really good. Showing a bit of age but still clean and good having the kids pool. My little girl liked the games room but the machines are a bit retro but still enjoyable should be $1 or at most $2 for the amount of time on some of the games but kept me and her amused 👍

Just $3 for the games room machines is a bit steep🤔

Staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, the cleaners particularly, well done. Spacious room. Lovely pool... people had a lot of fun. It could be a plus or a minus... the visiting kookaburras were a hoot. ( not for those they stole food from )

Not enough space to hang wet things, even using the shower line There were signs of aging facilities, eg the bar area near the pool, crack in the bathroom vanity The air con was set to 10 degrees on arrival, which was mega chilly.

After a long and lonely drive alone and then to meander down such a beautiful tree lined drive felt like I was entering a sanctuary. A little dauted and literally exhausted, I was greeted with genuine smiles and warmth from those at the front desk. I instantly knew that I had made the best decision. Pristine clean room, very big and a bed that had me searching for the brand-it was incredibly comfortable. Pure luxury and so well made. It was a lovely experience.

I didn't find the TV very user friendly and I felt it needed a guide to operate it best. When driving so far to just break up the trip all that I wanted to do was flop with the TV on and fall asleep. Room service would have made it even better too. I would still stay here again

The food was amazing, the room was very clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. Not in the center of Coffs and it was off peak when I stayed so it was very quiet. I loved the water feature of the resort and the pools looked amazing, however it was raining so I opted to not swim. Beautiful location.

The description of the room when I booked. Stated I would have a balcony. I did not. Also, the cocktails menu from the QR code in the room hasn't had the prices updated, as well as the buffet breakfast advertised at the front desk said $25 per person and I was charged $60 for two people.
