Set within the wilson airport complex this property is a fantastic retreat prior to onward travel, but it is also as a place to relax and enjoy the lovely facilities and courteous staff. I was delighted by the immaculate and tasteful clubhouse and accomodation bungalows. The history of the club is fascinating, but it doesnt rest on its laurels and offers first class accomodation beautifully updated for the 21st century. I enjoyed the excellent menu, large mugs of tea and old favourites such as bread and butter pudding, great for a jaded palette.

Nice room, gym facilities and pool. Food was very good and desserts were amazing. Staff very helpful organising taxi’s for us. They also have ‘day rooms’ available which is very helpful when you have a night flight. Lots of aircraft memorabilia inside the club.

Nothing to dislike however, it is difficult to find, it is best to go with the taxi’s the hotel arrange. It’s right next to the runway for Wilson airport so it is noisy but we didn’t mind at all.

This is a beautiful slice of old world charm in Nairobi city. We loved our stay in the property, brief though it was. We would especially like to mention the staff at the restaurant for their watchfulness, honesty and kindness in taking care of the bag we had left behind inadvertently and handing it to the reception. Thank you for your help.

Great property! I had an early morning flight at Wilson and this location was very very ideal. The staff were AMAZING! I can’t express how pleasant and helpful they were. Only feedback is that for those with very early flights, it would be nice to have a to go breakfast bag with fruits and a juice packet given that they will miss the hotel breakfast.

Location is perfect when you have to work around Wilson airport or to enjoy a few days at a very nice place. A beautiful garden to relax including a pool and a gym. In the evening you can also relax at the bar or in the lobby and you will meet people for a nice conversation. Staff is very friendly and they recognized me from former visits. It's also fun to see the movements of the airplanes at Wilson Airport. Rooms are first class!! I always feel very welcome and I recommend the Aeroclub to everyone. Hope to visit again very soon.

A bit expensive, on the other hand everything received an upgrade. If you don't book a room it is members only. Thankfully my guest is always welcome to meet me in the garden.

Amazing place with the best of the best of staff. Spacious rooms with very comfortable beds and great shower. Food in their restaurant is fantastic and very reasonably priced. All staff could not be friendlier and very helpful. Right beside all the airlines serving the Mara and regional airports.

The location was a 5 minute drive to Wilson Airport and the property was gorgeous. A stunning lodge from the 1920s with lovely gardens and pool area. The rooms are spacious and the king beds comfortable. It was a complete surprise to find such an historic property at a very reasonable rate right next to the airport but I guess that makes sense since it was started by bush pilots for their own use.

We loved everything - the breakfast was delicious. The coffee was outstanding.

The staff were really helpful, kind and courteous. We were returning to Kenya, having left 33 years ago. This place is such a lovely reminder of authentic Kenyan hospitality. We could only take one bag into the Mara, so the hotel looked after our other one and organised taxis for us, The perfect welcome back - thank you.

Comfortable rooms in a beautiful garden location, conveniently down the road from our departure to the Mara the next morning. Breakfast was included with our room rate and took the form of a generous ala carte offering, prepared to order, covering everything from avocado toast to a full English (both delicious). Cheerful friendly staff throughout our brief stay.

Wouldn't change a thing.

This is my third stay at the Aeroclub and always my first choice when I’m in Nairobi and especially when I’m travelling to the Mara as it’s incredibly convenient. I love everything about this place … the atmosphere, room, food. Highly recommended!
