The check-in was very easy. This was our second trip to this hotel and we stayed here for the first time back in October 2023. Just like the first trip in 2023, the hotel was spotless and our room was spotless as well. This time we had a Jacuzzi that worked very well in our room. The pool area was spotless as well. Also the pool and hot tub in the pool area was clean. We had a nice bridge view from our room and a view of Lake Michigan. Also the staff was very friendly and the price was just right for what we got. We would recommend this hotel to anybody and I will be returning again as a repeat customer.

The only improvement I would recommend is a little more selection for continental breakfast and extend the time for continental breakfast untill 10:00 a.m.

I've stayed at many hotels across the U.S., and many years ago, I had a terrible experience at a Super 8, which made me hesitant to try another. However, after thoroughly reading the reviews, I decided to give this one a chance. I must say, this hotel stands out as one of the cleanest I've encountered in Michigan. My family and I were thoroughly impressed. The hotel is well-organized, the staff is fantastic, and the location is excellent. It’s quiet, clean, and comfortable, with an amazing view of the bridge. Let's not forget the shuttle service to the casino, WIN!!! The staff here is doing an exceptional job and deserves recognition. I will definitely stay here every time I return. This was our first time staying here. I usually stay away from motels, most of them are usually less expensive, so you dont expect much. You get what you pay for, but this one had great reviews. Even better than the Motel that we usually stay when we visit St. Ignace, so we thought we would give it a try. I was highly impressed!! Our room was very clean, which is a big deal to me, and not run down looking like the place we usually stay at. Most places wait until you leave for house cleaning, so we weren't expecting it. So we were shocked to have clean towels when we came back to the room. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a perfect view of the bridge! I know all rooms don't but that was a bonus. The view was awesome, but cleanliness rates higher for me. The location is farther away from all the shopping, but that's fine with us. We will definitely stay there again!!

The location is perfect! 5 minutes from St Ignace docks to board the ferry to Mackinac Island. 5 minutes, if not less, from the bridge. Spend extra $ and book a room with a bridge view. The room was clean and well kept by the housekeeping during our stay. Every time, there was a different person at the reception, but ALL were nice and attentive. There is a pool and hottub which we used every evening after long walks and bike rides, and it was never crowded. The breakfast is decent for the price. Carbs, milk, yougurt, tea, coffee, creamcheese, some bars, some fruits. Based on previous reviews that the food is gone quickly, we made it to breakfast every day around 8am and had a selection. For my personal taste, the bed was not very comfortable, but I was so tired from spending the whole day outside walking that I slept like a baby. It is a 2 star hotel but for it's 2 stars it is a 5 star one. Nothing exclusive but nicely kept and clean.

Mattress and pillows, but again, I was so tired that at the end, it didn't bother me.

The staff was amazing. Everyone was very friendly treating us like more than just another customer. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was acceptable,nothing fancy but we don't eat bi9g breakfasts at home so it worked fine for us.

The breakfast area was a little small. On a busy holiday weekend there isn't room for everyone. Not much of a problem since there are three places within walking distance to get breakfast. The only thing that was a problem and that was minor, was the traffic noise especially first thing in the morning. Probably wouldn't be a problem in the lakeside rooms.

The girls up front were very friendly and helpful. I didn't really care about what 'view' we had when I booked our room. However, when we saw the view of the bridge from our balcony after we checked in, we were impressed. The breakfast was very good too!

In the pool area, the pebbles were very uncomfortable on our bare feet. I know a non-slip surface is needed but wow! A little out-of-date but still a very nice hotel.

We liked the pool/jacuzzi and the convenient location of the motel. Room was clean. Coffee was good and available throughout the day. Breakfast was fair.

All 3 nights were "no vacancy". With several large trucks including 1 semi, there were no parking place for us arriving at about 9:30 pm. I felt uncomfortable parking outside of a parking place, Four months ago my parked car had been hit in a legal space and the police report emphasized this and the other party's insurance had to pay. Fortunately my car was fine in the morning.

The staff were awesome. Our house keeping girl was really nice and did a good job. I contacted the hotel to tell them I was bringing a car trailer and they replied back to me quickly and there were no issues. The whole hotel inside and out was nice and clean. Our stay was a real nice experience and my wife and I would like to thank everyone there. Everyone was very accommodating.

The friendliness of the staff from the reception desk to the employees who clean the room, they were very helpful with anything we needed plus they did a great job as the room was clean, had plenty to eat at their continental breakfast.

The only thing I can come up with is not a fan of the sink outside of the bathroom, but that's just me.

Liked the location, easy to get where you needed to go and return. Staff was helpful. We extended our stay an extra three days and were able to keep our same room. Price was good. Manager was very accomodating,

Breakfast was very poor. Some bagels, perhaps a better selection of cereals would have helped a lot. Milk was tainted which made us wonder how long it had been kept, also a slice of bread for toast, no English muffins, no bagels nothing substantial .fresh(er) fruit would have also helped. Had to ask for room service to empty trash and bed was only made twice in 5 days. Also, had to ask for a bar of soap after three days. Not sure housekeeping was made aware of our extra stay days.
