Loved the cottage and its location on the island is extremely quiet and offered a lovely oasis of calm. Visiting in the fall with the explosion of colours from one end of island to other was truly breathtaking and view of marina and bay from private hot tub on balcony was added bonus. Very comfortable bed and hotel quality linens. Excellent and friendly staff and they were always available to provide things like laundry detergent, coffee filters and incidentals, all at no extra cost. Enjoyed the lounge with pool table and great selection of board games. The village of Eastsound provided a lovely afternoon to poke around the many cute shops and cafes and husband really enjoyed the Lower Tavern which is obviously a popular spot for locals -- again very friendly and welcoming islanders! After 3 nights, we left feeling completely relaxed and recharged and wouldn't hesitate to not only return to Worldmark Deer Harbour, but to also enthusiastically recommend it to family and friends. Views were wonderful

Advertised as free Wi-Fi but upon finding we had no free wifi by attempting to sign in were told we’d have to pay for it( minimum subscription of 10 days for 16.00 . Asked at front desk and person asked if we were owners there ( Wyndham timeshare) and no we don’t own there. We’re then told that bc of the mountain disrupting service we’d need to pay through another vendor. Was told this is written “ somewhere in the fine print”. NO FREE WIFI as ADVERTISED

Very well taken care of and comfortable. We had neighbors on both sides and didn’t hear a thing. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub was amazing. The work out room was tiny and had very little equipment, but it was in good shape and had all the attachments.

Being advised by text by property staff that our reservation was subject to cancellation at the whim of the property at the last moment. The reservation stated that changes and cancellations were not allowed from my end. The property staff insisted that their cancellation policy was in the fine print. I found the whole process very distasteful and unnecessary.

Great location, nice facility. Units basically had everything needed. Loved the private hot tub.

We did have hours of no hot water which was slightly inconvenient however we were notified on the day of the shut off for hot water tank replacements. Even though our neighboring units were not occupied we were one of the last to be replaced therefore the no hot water time frame went longer than expected. I know servicing is tricky and multiple units even trickier and would suggest that occupied units be prioritized during the time frame indicated.

We had a semi view of the marina. There is a nice deck. The unit was very nice with plenty of room for 2 of us. The grills and patio area was a nice surprise.

The hill is steep. My Son has a bad leg and it was difficult for him to even get into the car and close the door. He couldn't make it to the activity room or patio with the grills.

Great location, great amenities and good value for cost.

We were supposed to check in at 4 but were delayed so the host could give a speech to the whole group on amenities and there was no second person to keep things moving. It was frustrating to wait after we already had paid for the stays and just wanted to get in after traveling from across the country nearly 14 hours.

Hot tub

There is no late check out for any reason. Also the room that I paid (room of the picture) i hadn’t received it when I claim that said I was a “renting” and the suits that I got is what it is! Not all suits has view!!

Location was beautiful and quiet…good place to relax in the off season.

Wasn’t too pleased about paying for WiFi.

Was not aware of breakfast. I liked the location.

We were one of three out of all the various cottages without a view. I would have liked a view.

Michelle was extremely helpful and kind. It was an unexpected booking and she was so understanding.
