The appartment is in the new building on the ground floor (there are 4-5 of them) with private inner yard closed to the public. You can park your car in the parking lot controlled by a key. There are 2 markets accros the street and the bus stop is very close even though you can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes. Very spacious rooms and bathroom, even better looking than in the photos. The sound of crickets all around! Lovely! I would return to this apartment.

Not enough toiletries, bring your own. Windows don't have mosquito nets, but that didn't seem to be an issue with our stay. Not enough glasses for 4 persons, that seemed strange.

Convenient for my work at the airport, easy parking, and close to supermarkets bars etc

I was only given one set of towels and bedding for a two week stay, when I asked for some more, nobody replied to my messages, so the towels were a bit dirty by the end of the trip. I have stayed here before and there were plenty of towels and bedding.

The apartment is well set up and the renovation is new. To have two separated rooms is great. Very good accessibility no stairs. Very close to public transportation and 2 supermarkets. Very warm in winter. Had Netflix!!

Need to be careful about locking yourself out since the door cannot be opened if accidentally closed without the key.

Great apartment with easy access into Bologna and nearby motorways, plus buses running past the end of the road. A Coop supermarket is directly opposite with a great selection, and there is also a Lidl just around the corner too.

Could do with having a full sized oven and a toaster in the property, as we weren’t able to cook toast or cook any meals that needed an oven.

The flat was very clean and everything seemed new. It has a separate gated entrance with 3 more flats of the same company and little garden in front. There was heating (we visited in March) and aircon. Enough space for 4 people. It's a half an hour walk from the city centre - not a problem but might look closer in the map.

We were missing some equipment - there we no wine glasses for example, it would be nice to have some teabags and coffee as a compliment. Even though the beds are comfortable the pillows were a bit flat and duvets didn't have covers.

The location of the apartment was amazing. It was very quick to move to the city center, also to the airport. Our host Paolo was very nice and very supportive

Cleanliness. It was pretty dusty. there was mold on the side of the bathroom window.

except that the sofa in front of the TV creaked, it's comfortable and everything is fine, but you can't spin on it at night because it's very noisy

The flats were very nice, clean, the host was super nice, he waited for us exactly on time. It has got a good location, only few bus stops from city center. Buses run often so you can get to city center easily in short time. We were very satisfied with our staying in Maggiore flats and if I visit Bologna again, I would definitely go back to this place even with kids :)

We really enjoyed our stay in Bologna. The property had everything we needed and is near 2 grocery stores. It was a 25 minute walk to the center or a 10 minute bus drive. The city is calmer than the main ones (Florence, Venice and Rome) so we could really take things slow and enjoy the appartement.

Very clean. Nice space and extra outdoor space.

Air conditioning did not work great. Kept the apartment moderately cool only. Location was little farther from main Piazza then expected.
