The rooms are a good size, clean and functional with comfortable beds and air conditioner, and having visited this hotel on many occasions the standard is consistent and reliable throughout the hotel. I often use the same taxi driver Giro, who also works for the hotel and is a kind gentleman. All of the staff are very welcoming and make the hotel a pleasant environment. There is a courtyard attached to the restaurant which has an array of plants, which makes a great place to chill out. There is also a small but fully equipped gym. The buffet breakfast and menu offers a great selection of food, which is prepared to a good quality every time.

Mosquitos can be a pain, but there are repellents in the room and the staff will spray the room if you ask. Apart from this during my last visit there were a number of energy blackouts, but the hotel generator kicks in in about 10 to 15 seconds, so I think that’s a reasonable response time.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were fantastic. Very big with a sitting area. I felt very comfortable in my room. The bathroom was really nice. There were places to charge your phone. And I even had a chance to go to the gym for a workout on the treadmill. And the breakfast was great. Lots of different varieties every morning. I got very full each day. And of course the staff was wonderful.

The location is not that great. But you can get Uber to take you anywhere. And what they don’t tell you is that Uber is very, very, cheap. I don’t think I spent more than 5 dollars for any Uber rides. And some of those rides were more than 30 minutes. So no need to rent a car there.

Simply my preferred place for stays in Nairobi. Large and spacious rooms with all the facilities I consider necessary for a pleasant and comfortable stay. So kind and helpful staff since the fist contact with the reception. Variety of the restaurant menu at affordable prices, and enough complete morning breakfast buffet. Tasty. Nothing new that I didn't wrote in past comments .

Some buildings in construction are temporarily noisy, and some heavy traffic is noticeable in the mornings for people with some sleeping issues like me

The courtyard is a nice touch to the property. Delicious food, well presented rooms and great welcoming staff make this an ideal property for a single or multiple nights.

The outside traffic noise is a little unfortunate in the late evening, the windows even when closed don't really make any difference. There are mosquitos in the country and the hotel does sometimes spray the rooms and provide a plug repellent, however I am not sure they are replaced often or if they are just not effective.

The room was really nice, clean, big and comfortable. Definitely a great accomodation compared to the price. The restaurant had amazing food and the staff, both at the restaurant and the hotel, were always kind. The location was also good, not precisely close to the main attractions in the city or to the Jomo Kenyatta Airport, but good enough overall.

There are some constructions going on nearby, and because the hospital is so close to the hotel, the streets are always noisy, which for some people could be annoying, but wasn't a problem for me.,

The best place we stayed in Kenya. Very spacious, clean and quiet room with air conditioning. The best thing was the bed - very large and very comfortable. The perfect place to relax. Breakfast is good and plentiful, served in the form of a buffet (fruit, cereals, croissants, toast, porridge, pancakes, potatoes, beans, vegetables, sausages or fish fingers or chicken, eggs, juices, tea, coffee). There is a restaurant in the hotel. You can order meal to your room or eat in the restaurant. We took advantage and ordered dinner to the room. The meal was quite good. Very decent and fast hotel service. We used the washing and ironing services and were satisfied. Good price and good job. We used the free underground parking lot. Nice view from the roof. We felt good and safe in this hotel. We highly recommend it.

This is a city centre hotel conveniently situated for Wilson Airport. We literally slept there and didn’t use any facilities but the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was spacious and clean and the arrival and departure process swift and efficient. The hotel doesn’t serve alcohol (after a long day’s travelling I fancied a beer….not to be!) and we were off before breakfast but I would definitely use this hotel again as a stopover in Nairobi.

Very good price. The staff of the hotel from the reception to the cleaners were absolutely lovely. The hotel was clean and the food at the restaurant was nice. There is a nice little gym.

You have to turn in the outlets of the gym machines yourself. Pressure from the restaurant staff to write a review every time. Cleaning of the AC while the room is occupied that could wait until there are no guests. The location didn't feel very safe.

Razana hotel was such a lovely stay. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant, we enjoyed two breakfasts and two dinners there, was so delicious. The lattes in the morning were a highlight for us after camping in the parks. Jaclyn in the restaurant was extremely friendly, kind and helpful - we really enjoyed our stay.

We felt the location wasn’t a problem for our needs, but some tour companies do not do transfers from South C.

The breakfast was good with a touch of Indian dish for the main dish. The location was a good spot especially if you're travelling back and heading to the airport. The staffs were good and helpful. The room was spacious. Good internet and entertainment with Netflix and the like to watch movies.

Our room has a big mirror facing the toilet door directly to the toilet bowl which makes us feel uneasy. Additionally, the same mirror reflecting the location of the safe box inside the closet. The sink is too high which is not standard height. For smaller person like me, it was so inconvenient to use it plus the fact that the lavatory sink was too far from the edge which is about 6 inches.
