The elevator needs to be updated. Hallways are narrow. Access from roadway is in a curve.

The hotel was very conveniently located near Lucas Oil Stadium. The facility was very clean. The King Suite had everything we could have wanted. We didn't use the kitchen except to store our leftovers from dinner and take them home the next day. Staff were all very friendly. The only issue is that only one elevator was working while the other was under repairs. As long as you accounted for an extra wait, it wasn't too much of an inconvenience. I felt bad for the housekeepers though, as this really impacted their ability to get their jobs done efficiently.

When we walked in the staff were friendly, the hotel smelled clean,looked clean,and had a peaceful vibe. upon entering our suite, it was very clean, and well taken care of. You can tell that they keep up with maintenance and the housekeepers do a thorough job of cleaning. Everything we needed was in our suite. Nice Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash,enough towels and washcloths for the family(this is a problem at all the other places we've stayed),comfortable and clean beds,all the dishes we needed to cook and eat a meal,I could go on and on. It was just like being in your own apartment. Mom and dad had their own room w/tv,the kids all shared a room w/tv,and grandma had her own space at night time in the living room on the sleeper sofa. This is a surprisingly nice hotel for the price. I stayed in a suite with a separate living room and bedroom, and a full kitchen (minus an oven) was located just off the living area. Mostly everything was clean and comfortable. The bed, in particular, was immaculate and comfortable. It had quality TVs in both rooms. Checking in and it was painless and the staff at the front desk was friendly. I see this property has a shuttle, too, though I didn’t use it.

Bathrooms were a tad small, relative to the size of the rest of the hotel room, but the biggest issue was that the fire alarms went off twice, no doubt as a result of the steam my hot shower created - pro tip for this hotel: make sure to shower with the bathroom door closed and the fan on, but things I initially did not do. The cabinets and kitchen drawers were a tad beat up and not entirely clean, but not dirty enough to bother. The elevators were pretty beat up, too, but they otherwise did their job.

The property was clean and comfortable! It wasn’t hard to get to but beware the traffic. They drive fast around the curve! We had a king suite which was amazing. Truly like a small apartment. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were great! We definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Only one elevator seemed to work which was not a huge problem. The one that did work was a little scary because it bounced a bit when it stopped. We stayed on the 11th floor and I have a fear of dropping elevators so the bouncing wasn’t good.

The room was huge. We loved the space. The location was very close to the Combine and conference that we were there for. The staff that greeted us were very hospitable. The facilities were very clean. We had a very pleasant experience.

Unfortunately, our neighbors were very noisy. A missed opportunity was not letting management know of our discomfort. The walls seemed thin. When our neighbors closed their door, it felt like someone was coming into our room and shutting our door. They did quite a bit of shouting, but we felt everyone is entitled to their experiences, hence why we didn't say anything. For most of the stay, we were out. I didn't do my research to know that Candlewood Suites does not offer breakfast, so we were surprised when it came to adding breakfast to our budget in terms of finances and time.

Pictures showed an outside adjacent POOL! I Was EXTREMELY looking forward to taking a refreshing swim after a long car ride.

I asked the front desk can I access pool from inside the building? No “it’s not our pool”. ?!? So I walked down to the immaculate pool, that had a very thick chain and heavy duty pad lock around its gate. Of course I felt betrayed, duped, mislead, fooled. It Definitely was on the hotel property there was nothing else in its proximity. Of course it was Immaculate, being used for “display use only”. Makes for a classy look to the property. I got suckered in. (Good subconscious marketing).

I liked the spaciousness of the room. It included a full kitchen, a living room, a dining area and a king-size bed. The air quality was excellent because we visited on the first day of summer, and it was extremely hot. The river view from the room window was nice.

The elevators could have been more spacious. It was an extremely small elevator.

It was exactly what we needed space wise and worked out well for our family

The elevators didn’t work well and it was a long wait so we decided to take the stairs and that was a long hike up and when we finally got in the elevator we had to wait quite a bit and it was not very clean but other than that we enjoyed the room and the location worked out perfectly

very clean, modern, spacious, and comfortable. the full kitchen that came with cookware and utensils was amazing. the room itself was perfect! convenient location if you’re looking to be close to downtown.

the check in area is a little cramped and awkward, and the location is a little sketchy at first.
