Located close to station and lots of restaurants and things near by. Easy walking distance to most things. An interesting place to stay in Amsterdam. Mattress was very comfortable.

Not as clean as I would have liked. Dryer still going when we arrived so didn't feel like I could use the washer and dryer. Cupboard under the sink had food the seemed to have been in there for awhile. Doona didn't fill out the cover and I ended sleeping with only the cover over me.

A 12minute walk from the train station, staying on a boat with a fairly secluded outside space, what's not to like! There is a well stocked Jumbo supermarket, 15 mins walk. Space outside to park hired bikes. All water, heating and air con worked flawlessly. This is not a luxury destination, but it is a clean, well appointed, good value option for folk that fend for themselves. All communication with Jeffrey was prompt and polite.

I bumped my head on the hatch leading to the upstairs bedroom more than once, my own fault I suppose. Some padding on the edge would have helped.

Absolutely spotless and quite close to the centre. It would have been absolutely amazing if there was a little outside space to look over the river. But the street outlook at the outdoor space was fine.

Rockwool insulation behind the curtain as you walked in to the space. Only as it can cause some skin itching problems for people with sensitive skin. I know there’s a need for soundproofing and insulation but maybe there could be a better solution. And maybe the memory foam mattresses and pillows. If there was a way to rectify this I can’t see anything else wrong with this lovely houseboat. I would stay again even if this wasn’t changed thinking about it.

A very tastefully decorated and fully equipped houseboat. When inside, it is more like a small luxury apartment, very stylish and comfortable. It is really the upstairs bedroom that is amazing and gives the boat-feeling with a great view of the harbour. Very quiet, comfortable, excellent host and beautiful houseboat at a great location.

We were very happy with it all. For the bedrooms I would suggest two single duvets instead of one big one, as it makes it a bit easier to have kids share the bed. It was all ok though and we were very very happy with the place.

This houseboat was very nice and clean. The location was very close to the train station which was a plus. Beds and furniture were very comfy.

The stairs going into the house were very slim, not wide. The stairs to the loft were also very steep, but we managed. The 2 white stands by the main door should be bolted down, as I reached for one for stability and fell by the door onto the cement, very dangerous with nothing to hold onto.

The houseboat matched the listing and was a cool, fun way to spend a few days away with my youngest child. Everything was clean and well maintained and there was everything there that we needed. The location was good as well because it was just far enough out of the noisy centre, but the centre of town was an easy, quick walk away. Also well located for the zoo.

Location was great, 12 minute walk to Centraal Station. The boat was comfy and the view from the upper bedroom at night was spectacular!

Could have used a few finishing touches like hand towel and soap in the toilet area, trash can in the shower room, lamp in the bedroom etc. Minor details only.

The location of the houseboat is great, easy walk from Central Station and easy walk into the old parts of Amsterdam- but who is walking in Amsterdam- bike rental just around the corner and we could cycle the whole city from here with no problem. Even our 8 year old could cycle around. The boat is bigger than expected, plenty of room for 4 of us. Has everything you need for a stay in Amsterdam, and what could be nicer than waking up with a view over the water. Very steep stairs to the top bedroom - but it is a boat so not unexpected.

No sofa/couch in the living area, but this is due to space in a boat and to fit the table and chairs. So if you need a sofa you can go sit on the bed.

We had a lovely stay at Jeffrey's houseboat. A very unique experience for staying in Amsterdam. Excellent location for accessing train station. Had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen and washing machine came in handy as we've been traveling for some time.

It’s a really cool place!! The location is very central and close to the central station and app 10 minutes walk from Dam. It has everything you might need for your stay and the owner is very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the design is young and pleasant. The bedroom upstairs is stunning !
