The property and rooms are exceptionally clean.

I had to type all my details on the self check in screen for each room I am checking in. I booked 5 rooms and had to enter details 5 times. Taking 5 min for each room. I spent 25 mins checking in. Not a great experience for someone who is tired and just wants to hit the bed. No help at hand and had an unexpected 2 euro charged for me to do 25 mins of work.

1. Nice, clean, spacious and bright apartment. We booked the apartment-split level and it turned out as wonderful as the photos on booking.com suggested. 2. Check-in and Check-out process were automated and hassle-free 3. The hotel has a terrace/deck space on the 1st floor that is simply amazing with gorgeous views of the Rapperswil town 4. There's a nice bakery next door and Coop Store is just 100 m away 5. In case you are not traveling by car and instead using public transport, there's a bus stop very close to the hotel that takes you to the nearest train station (connections to Bern) in less than 10 min.

The apartment got quite hot during the time we visited (mid July). But the hotel management was responsive and promptly gave us portable cooler fans.

All was very super! We were lucky to had early check in (4-5 hours earlier). No extra charge. We were very tired from the long road and we needed to rest a little before the evening meeting . The host was as kind as possible. We were pleasantly touched by such attention and care. The hotel itself has everything you need even for a long stay: a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking (if necessary). In addition, there is a cooler with water and all sorts of goodies. There was even fresh cream for coffee in the fridge. Various hygiene items and extra towels are freely available. Very clean! The feeling that I came to visit friends)). My husband and I were impressed by the hospitality. One of the cool bonuses is a delicious and cozy bakery-coffee shop within a 1-minute walk. Right across the street is a restaurant where we had a delicious dinner on a cozy terrace.

it's even funny... There is no WiFi. The Internet connection is only via a wire, but the funniest thing is a large selection of adapters, but none of them could be connected to a mac book or to an iPhone))) It was a slight inconvenience for one day. But if we had stopped for a longer period, it would have become a problem. I hope the host is able to resolve this issue. Unless he has already decided, of course.

We liked the clean room with comfortable beds. The small town was fun to explore with friendly residents. We were able to book last minute and do self checking late in the evening.

Room was warm on a hot summer day and no air conditioning is available. Self checking was a little difficult but there is a helpful video if you scan the WR code near the box.

While we never saw any staff, we were able to reach the owner with our questions and they were easily addressed. The facility rightfully takes pride in being a green and ecologically hotel. All available amenities were eco-friendly and I was pleased to see things like wooden toothbrushes offered.

The check in process was a little cumbersome and took longer than expected as manual touchscreen input was required and it took a little getting used to.

The location is very good. Close to Bern and next to a bakery. Church bells sounds nice as well. The rooms are modern and spacious and it was very clean

It was a bit hot without a/c but the owner made sure to provide fans when we told him about the situation

WE love the property. Self checked-in is good but it may be a little difficult for first check-n. However, the manager/owner was helpful help us remotely on check-in

Room was very clean. Free parking. Staff were friendly. Fridge in the bedroom was helpful.

No WLAN, only one LAN connection per room.. Check in and check out machine did not work.

In 20 minutes of driving from Bern city centre this hotel was at ideal location for countryside vibes. Everything was perfectly clean and comfy. Easy to use self-check in machine and free parking.
