We stayed at the suite at Elegance B&B. The location was perfect, close to the port and the train station, and right next to the centro storico. The area is a university area and full of life (with great shops and places to eat). The welcome from Mariano was excellent. He is an amazing and knowledgeable host who will help in any way to make sure you have a perfect stay. The Suite was extremely comfortable, the bed was the comfiest we had stayed in on our trip, lots of soft drinks in the fridge, coffee in the room and a truly delicious breakfast bought to your room each morning. The suite also has great air conditioning  and was spotless and cleaned daily. We will recommend this gem to everyone we know and would love to stay here again in the future. Nothing, everything was perfect.

It’s a genuinely wonderful place. Located in the heart of historic centre but with no noise - this was my main priority since it was my 4th trip to Naples and noise from scooters can be tiring. Room was big, it had two balconies, spotless, cleaned to perfection every time. The host Mariano - super friendly and helpful gentleman. We arrived early in the morning, it was no issue to check in. He explained the location, offered help with anything we may need. Breakfast was delicious sweet pastries prepared fresh every morning at the requested time. Room had a fridge full of soft drinks, generous amount of various snacks, good coffee machine. In the bathroom powerful shower and bidet. I cannot find any fault and would highly recommend this property to anyone.

All was perfect

Beautiful, modern place right in the heart of Naples—very clean and secure. Mariano, the manager, gave us the warmest welcome with a lovely tray of sandwiches, bruschettas, and refreshing fruit lemonade as soon as we arrived. He went above and beyond to accommodate our early breakfast at 6:30 a.m. since we were heading to Pompeii and wanted an early start. He also kindly let us leave our suitcases in his apartment so we could pick them up later after checkout. Truly a great host and a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended!

Just a heads-up: the street gets quite busy on Saturday nights. You can hear people talking, singing, and laughing until around 3 a.m., which might make it difficult to sleep if you’re a light sleeper. Something to keep in mind! 😀

What didn't I like? The place is clean, the host was amazing, the location - while it is definitely unique and perky - is very good. Metro is 7 minutes walk, there is a shop just at the ground floor, the Old city is around 15-20 minutes walk and plenty of bars and restaurant just minutes away. We did a couple of tours (Amalfi and Pompeii) and the pickup location was 10 minutes away which was perfect! The host was very attentive and flexible and ready to complete all our wishes whether it was a bucker of ice or an iron or just directions. We receives some welcome drinks and snacks and breakfast every morning. He also checked in with us time to time just to make sure we are ok which was an added bonus considering we were two girls travelling together. It was important for us to be safe and we really felt safe! It is not the easiest place to spot but the host gives exact instructions and welcomes you at the door.

Our stay in Naples was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was peaceful and quiet, with a spacious bathroom and air conditioning – perfect for the hot weather. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. We also really enjoyed the breakfast – it was tasty and a great way to start the day. The location is ideal for both relaxing and exploring the city. Truly one of the best places you can choose to stay in Naples – everything was perfect. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect.

We stayed only one night and it was the most comfortable rest we needed before our early morning flight. Our room was new, sparkling and fresh. The beautifully designed interior was a peaceful oasis compared to the busy and noisy neighborhood outside the walls. We appreciated the convenience of the building elevator and proximity of to many famous sights. Mariano was the most professional and kind host. He met us upon arrival to show us how everything worked in the room. He shared historical information about the area and which sights were within the vicinity of the B&B. Mariano went over and beyond in many ways by preparing us the most delicious Italian breakfast we will always remember because it was baked with much love and care. Mariano also helped us book a taxi to the airport. As many others noted, here exists a passionate and professional individual whose hospitality you do not want to miss experiencing. Thank you Mariano for a wonderful end to our trip.

My mom and I loved our stay with Elegance B&B. The host was very friendly and helpful and ready to answer any (touristy) question we might have. He even greeted us on the first day with a cart of snacks and a drink. Breakfast was provided homemade by the host; all sweet delicacies, everyday something slightly different but equally good. It was delivered to our room at the time we requested each evening before. The city is noisy but the room was very very quiet and spotless. We were so happy to have chosen this B&B! Location was also great, very walkable in every direction and the location didn't feel unsafe at all for 2 woman, even at night.

Mariano is a wonderful host and a true gentleman. The room was just like the photos and was very clean. He is an expert pastry chef and brought us our breakfast at our specified time. Coffee and tea are in the room. Our room had a great shower and comfortable bed. Mariano was always available to answer questions and helped in booking a taxi. Although noisy outside, the windows blocked out the noise and we slept well. The location is an easy walk to most attractions or to the metro, but it is a block off of Spaccanopoli so you can avoid some of the craziness if you want. We felt very safe in this area and had no problems anywhere we went in Naples. It was a great visit!

I could live without the pink colored lights!

First off I’d like to say Mariano was awesome! He was such a nice man. This place is in the perfect location to enjoy food, nightlife and different sites to see like underground Naples, Veiled Jesus, Spanish Quarter (Maradona Shrine). We literally walked everywhere from here to the beach and also to famous pizza locations. Mariano also gave us drinks and snacks when we arrived. Mariano again was so nice and since it’s a B&B obviously he offered us breakfast everyday but we never took up the offer because we went to Naples for just two days and it was to literally eat pizza, and other street food than off yo the next city in Italy we went. I do plan on going back to Italy one day, hopefully soon and I’d love to go back and stay in Naples. I’d definitely go back and stay at Elegance B&B!!!

The check in needs more instructions! Mariano please put the punch code on the door speaker, so guests that arrive talk to you directly or just have your guest download the what’s app and message them a day or two prior to their visit so there’s no confusion upon arrival. If that gets fixed this place is great.

We were 2+ 1 kid (7). The apartment is spacious and clean. There is everything you need, towels, soap etc. Location is great with close access to metro, bus, boat, restaurants and shops. Bed is big and comfortable, bathroom is spacious. It is 4 floor with an elevator. There is a balcony great to drink a coffee in the morning with a view on the Naples street. It is university area so you will find plenty of places to relax, drink, eat and buy clothes including second hand. Mariano is the best host we have ever met. This is definately the best B&B we have ever been to. Going back to Naples I would choose the same place to stay.
