The Hotel is what you expect it to be, very basic but clean. It has everything you need for a short stay.

The pillows are very hard and uncomfortable. Also it was extremely hot, the heating was on high all day and night, and there was no tap to adjust it:(. I believe the hotel could save money reducing the heating during the night. We had to keep the window open all night. Also the rooms are very dark, and not only due to small windows, but to room decoration: the walls, the bed linen and the curtains are quite dark. The top light is not enough to light the room. There were two bedside lamps, but only one of them could reach the electric plug. There should be an extension or a plug near every bed (we stayed in a triple room).

We stayed for one night as we had a wedding reception nearby. The location was good, and there are lots of fast food places right outside. The pub was quite big with a pool table and outside seating. Staff were friendly. Our double room was small but clean, the bed was comfy and we had a ceiling fan which was great as it was a very hot day. It had a nice hot shower with good water pressure and tea and coffee facility's. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The on suite was very small and the sliding door didn't really fit the frame. We would of liked to try the food but there was no breakfast available. There was no lunchtime menu either on the day we stayed.

Not the grandest or newest decor, but the little bedroom was more than adequate for a short trip to visit pals in the area, and easy access to Addlestone and m25, opposite a large Tesco, car park a real bonus. Booking in process was simple and staff friendly.

Not much. The basic nature of the room was reflected in the reasonable price, so why complain?

Accessible parking, right in the town centre opposite a large Tesco supermarket, plenty of eating places nearby, within 5 minutes of the M25,, a pub below the rooms handy for a pint.

The decor is/was a bit tired and the room was very noisy, both from fellow guests and the passing traffic, but not unbearable.

Fabulous accommodation clean .. towels shampoo soap available kettle tea milk biscuits etc free wifi and parking . I asked wifi code at past midnight and staff replied immediately. Wonderful friendly people. Opposite huge Tesco Waitrose on high street very convenient Japanese takeaway 2 min drive away . Safe area . Comfy bed clean room , storage , tv, lovely bathroom hot shower . Overall great value for 58 gbp a night. 3 min from m25 very convenient. No upfront deposit fab !

I think a free small water bottle in the room would enhance customer welcome efforts. Also hair dryer bolted to the wall or availability would add extra value . Otherwise lovely accommodation for reasonable price

Bathroom was small and up a large step. No central light and table lamp provided light in the room.

Everything I needed was ready and on hand. The towels & bedding was clean and generous and standard was good for a local service. The process of booking and checking in was quick and painless.

The exterior door to the room accommodation has been overpainted so when the wet weather arrived is was sticking quite firmly to the frame.

Rooms are clean, spacious and exactly what I needed for my stay (even better than pictured) perfect location for where I was working and easy accessible parking!

Convenient for a one night stay, room was comfortable enough, although not large, it had everything required for a comfortable night. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and it was good to be able to keep an eye on my car through the window.

Nothing - for the price paid and my needs for one night this was fine. As a single room, it was not large but perfectly good enough for one night.
