Throughout my stay, Ahmed went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my visit was nothing short of perfect. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the Aqua Park. This water paradise was a haven of excitement for both adults and children. From thrilling water slides to lazy rivers and refreshing pools, the Aqua Park provided endless entertainment and laughter. The attention to cleanliness and safety measures was evident, giving me peace of mind while enjoying the water attractions. The hotel itself offered a luxurious and comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could desire. I found myself feeling relaxed and rejuvenated after a restful night's sleep. The amenities and service were top-notch, making our stay truly unforgettable. Our recent stay at this hotel was impacted by the large number of guests, largely due to partnerships with various entities. While the staff were doing their best to accommodate everyone's needs, they were visibly overwhelmed from check-in onwards. The constant bustle and long waits were noticeable, and it's clear that the hotel was operating at maximum capacity. To improve the guest experience, it might be beneficial for management to assess the hotel's capacity and consider strategies to manage large groups and partnerships more effectively. Despite the challenges, the staff's dedication and efforts to provide good service were appreciated.

It was perfect for families! With few amazing aqua park games that were not hard for kids with their parents, to the amusement park that was affordable too, everything was encouraging for families was small kids to have fun without a hassle. Also the place was not big so walking distance between the first to last point was walkable without big effort. I liked the family rooms too as they were separated by a door, and ground floor was better for me. The food was really good in terms of quality and variety. Also I would like to thank Mr. Ehab, the reception manager, as he was checking on our stay daily and thankfully offered us a late checkout! It was amazing from him.

Beach was rocky and it was not really nice for kids to enjoy. But there was a marina that allowed adults to do snorkeling to check the amazing coral reefs that were there. One point to improve, the waiters were not proactive anywhere in the hotel. If I am sitting on a table without any silverware, I’ve to ask. Never happened that a waiter came to ask if we wanted to drink something, I have to go and bring the drinks myself. I know it’s a self service, but in many other hotels the waiters are more proactive and usually check on the guests to see if they need anything.

Had a wonderful stay at and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service provided by the reception staff—particularly Abdallah. From the moment we arrived, he was incredibly welcoming and attentive. What truly stood out was Abdallah’s daily follow-up calls to ensure that everything was going well and that we were comfortable and happy with our stay. His genuine care and professionalism made a big difference and added a personal touch that we deeply appreciated. Thanks to his efforts, our experience was smooth, pleasant, and truly memorable. I highly recommend this hotel—not just for its facilities and location—but for the excellent service from people like Abdallah who go above and beyond.

The facilities were top-notch, with everything I needed to relax and unwind. From the pools, Aqua Park, gym, spa to the beautifully maintained grounds, every detail was well taken care of. The food and drinks were also a highlight of my stay. The menu offered a great selection of delicious options, and the service was always prompt and friendly. Overall, I would highly recommend Serenity Alma Heights to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating getaway. My kids loved the aqua park, snorkeling and pool area. Staff at the dining hall, pool area and reception were extremely friendly and helpful.

The beach had a lot of coral so not much swimming could take place.

The staff is friendly, professional, and cheerful. The hotel is clean and well maintained, and the pool and aqua park are amazing.

The food was okay but not exceptional, it could be better.

This is my 3rd visit to the resort and it is still as solid as it was. Good rooms, good pools, lovely aqua park and theme park. Excellent food in terms of quality and variety. Make sure to experience the natural sea jacuzzi spots at the beach during low tide.

Air conditioning needs to be improved a little. Sea and beach waste needs stronger attention. Lazy river schedule needs more flexibility to accommodate the demand volume. You must pay attention to your beach towels, specially by the pool, as it disappeared twice, 1st time I couldn't find out who took it and the pool team replaced it for me, while the 2nd time it was taken by the people sitting next to me and I took it back from them.
