An ideal place to stay. Just by the beach, and a short walk into Tenby. Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great little garden across the road to sit and have a drink, looking over to Caldey island and the beach below. The access to the beach is now at the end of the road as the hotel has built a two person apartment on this access site.

Unfortunately the lift was not working and we were told this would be fixed until September. So staff had to help us with our luggage.

What a great place The Atlantic House Hotel is. Perfectly located on the beach front and a small walk into the lovely town, surrounded by the old castle walls with plenty to see. The hotel is immaculate and the staff are just lovely, friendly and warm and always on hand to help. The breakfasts are beautiful and in a lovely setting with more than you can possibly eat. Our room was great too, plenty of space and a lovely bathroom with complimentary toiletries, cleaned daily. Car park is over the road and if the cone is at the back of the wall the space is free, park and when you check in they will allocate you the spot, £8.00 per night so pretty reasonable, your car is safe that is the main thing.

Everything was just as it should have been.

The hotel is stylish, classy and kept clean. The pool is beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff are friendly. Location is perfect. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours and the hotel walls are rather thin.

We had noisy neighbours who woke us early. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to not being woken by our children. I'd suggest the hotel putting a notice in rooms to remind guests to consider noise levels for other guests. A lovely lounge area can be used downstairs to talk if you are a night owl/early bird.

A warm, friendly welcome. Very comfortable bed and room was spotless. The bar and lounge areas are lovely, so comfortable with beautiful views over to the sea. Breakfast was delicious, choices were excellent, including oat milk and dairy free options. There was something for everyone, hot dishes, fruit, pastries, cereals, yoghurt etc. Having the hotel carpark was a real bonus and at £8 for a one night stay, great value.

Not a dislike, just be aware you need to book a session for the pool. This is to ensure it doesn't get overcrowded.

Very clean throughout, very friendly helpful staff, great breakfasts, lovely pool with booking system so no overcrowding, fantastic views from rooms, nice bar and lounges with great views, beautiful gardens with seating and views Spacious rooms with fridges and water, tea/coffee making topped up daily

Shower over bath with shower curtain although spotlessly clean I don’t like shower curtains and much prefer a walk in shower

Liked swimming pool and hotel was central , food excellent,staff polite and very welcoming.

Lift not working and have been out of action for while. My parents were staying on 2 nd floor but when they told us the lift was out of order , they gave us option on ground floor room 1 as my parents can’t climb stairs. Don’t think room one should have been same price as the second floor rooms , no out look from window and room smaller .

I loved this hotel for it's location, the staff and facilities. The room was lovely, big and spacious and had everything you wanted including a sea view which is beautiful. Tenby is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. The staff were efficient , communicated well at breakfast and reception . Lou at the front desk I think its her name was kind to fix the tv and remote it was our fault it was in the wrong mode. Great girl full of kindness and humour in helping my husband out as he wanting to watch the Olympics TV remote did not work . What a lovely hotel in a great location overlooking the beach etc.

What could have been better I would say the shower head needs replacing in room34 an then the room would be amazing. The shower head head sprays everywhere and the power is weak

Location perfect. Hotel as a private great area across the road for a coffee or lunchtime snack or pre dinner drinks overlooks the beach, Bed very comforable and shower great too. All very spotless. Superb breakfast with quality back bacon cooked to perfection. Good choice of pastries and cereals too. All staff are very welcoming and personable.

Car park charges of £8 per day. Our small room overlooking a roof was pretty expensive considering we had just come from a fabulous manor house in St Davids and the price was the same. per night. Also a non alcoholic gin and tonic and a bottle of beer cost £16 which seems vastly overpriced,

I loved the Atlantic. Wonderful welcome. Very nice front and decor with comfortable well appointed room. Location is out of this world with the views. Cute garden. Parking. Nice pool and steam room that you can book for your own use. Great breakfast - additional choices including my favourite! A perfect stay and I would love to stay one day in the Ocean suite-room set into the cliff. Close to walled town and great choice of restaurants nearby. Super stay in delightful Tenby!

Lovely place in a great location. Car park with the hotel which I was lucky to have a space so saves hassle. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with plenty of options.

Booked this property to have the extra luxury with the pool facilities as I’m pregnant to turn up and be told nothing was working due to electrical issues which was disappointing. Rooms get very warm naturally through the night with no air con system.
