Good size room. Very Stylish. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Room seemed soundproof. Bathroom/shower was also a good size, and I appreciate the storage space under the sink. Breakfast basket was a nice addition, as were the robes.

While I love a Danish ladder as much as the next person, a couple hooks in the bathroom would be nice (there is plenty of space for them). There's really no where to hang anything. The fireplace looks very cute, but there is barely a perceptible flame. Also, there is a slight scent in the room, possibly from being a refurbished hotel next to the ocean. It's not offensive, but when you walk into such a stylish room, you'd expect it to smell pretty.

The location of this property is near the end of the road which made it a great spot to view the sunset every night at the boardwalk. All the staff members I spoke to were exceptional and very kind. The lobby lounge played super chill music and made the experience very relaxing.

Cellular service was spotty in the guest room, but really was not a deal breaker since my trip’s purpose was to disconnect. The ocean view was limited based on the angle of the room and you are directly facing your neighbors and parking lot, so not much privacy when the shades were drawn up, but again all else was truly zen.

We had the best overnight "staycation" at White Water. We were treated like VIP's the moment we walked in (they even upgraded our room for free which was amazing). The location can't be beat--right in the middle of picturesque Moonstone Beach with easy access to downtown Cambria. Our room was charming... the bed was very comfortable with cozy linens and the shower was huge! You could have easily fit 3-4 people in it... no joke. One of the best parts was hanging out in the lobby chatting with the staff and meeting other guests. We found a friend in common with the couple sitting next to us as we watched the sunset; how small a world it can sometimes be! The AM basket outside our door might have been my favorite part. The coffee was perfect (smooth and very hot) and the DIY mimosa kit was really adorable. We will be back!!

Love everything about White Water - beautifully designed accomodation. Interiors feel well thought out and luxurious giving you great value for money. Our room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. The bathroom offered Aesop products and there was an array of beautiful “mini bar” options to enjoy (at additional cost of course), as well as a great A La Carte food and beverage room service menu. Location was excellent for the Moonstone Beach Boardwalk and some local restaurants. We enjoyed a wine in the communal area at reception to watch the sunset… divine!

I can't say enough great things about this property. The location is specatcular. The decor is modern, simplistic, beautiful, elegant. The rooms are a great size. I can't wait to come back and stay at White Water again. The free bicycles to ride around town were a wonderful, delightful bonus.

I honestly couldn't tell you a single thing I didn't like about this property. If I had to come up with something constructive to say I would say it is somewhat misleading to say that it's a "breakfast basket" they bring you in the morning (those were the words we were told) because it really is just two small cakes, juice, and coffee, but it was still a nice touch and really enjoyable.

General sense of cutting corners when we’d paid a premium — Uncomfortable bed, received AM baked goods to our door for two people when four adults were in our room reservation, only one tea packet with caffeine the first day and when we used it, the one packet was replaced for the second morning (so no consideration to there may be more than one tea drinker among us), lots of bug though these were likely due to days of rain before our arrival, warm in rooms not fixed by adjusting thermostat so regulated temperature by opening windows which then projected outside lamp light into the room. Little space for four people to put bags so they were strewn on floor, too few hooks for 4 people to hang towels

We stayed at White Water for a birthday occasion and, upon arrival, were treated to the most heavenly room upgrade with a bathtub view of the ocean. I LOVED the gas fireplace during our stay. Even for a winter beach trip, we stayed warm and cozy. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and generous, recommending a few amazing places to dine including BRYDGE which was so fantastic, we are dying to return. White Water exemplifies the gold standard in hospitality: beautifully designed rooms on a special property with service that spoils!

Location was amazing. We had an oceanfront room with huge patio facing the ocean. Loved it! Watching the sun set was everything. The beds were like sleeping on clouds So comfortable. We also loved the outdoor tub!

The room was gorgeous but there was this outdoor lounge area that was awesome but very dirty. The pillows needed to be cleaned or at least brushed off. Also the remote didn’t work well but we didn’t realize it until very late so we couldn’t get batteries and basically couldn’t use the tV or music etc. It’s a bummer you can’t see the ocean while you’re sitting in the outdoor tub! think I would have swapped out where the outdoor lounge is and the tub. Then you might be able to see the ocean while in the tub.

Location is wonderful of course - right on the ocean. Clean rooms, nice amenities, and excellent service from the staff.

The rooms are nice and spacious, but they get hardly any natural light and fresh air/breeze, just based on the way they were constructed. Not really a complaint, but if you don't like too much darkness during the day you might want to consider other options.

Decor was gorgeous, beds were comfortable. Super clean. Loved hanging out in the lobby, played chess and had tea. The views are incredible. It's quiet and cozy and beautiful.

The "partial ocean views" are a bit misleading. I mean... yeah I guess you can see the ocean if you twist your neck a certain way by an off side window...
