Nestled in the heart of the countryside, this bed and breakfast is a true gem. The house exudes a quaint country charm, and we were immediately struck by how impeccably clean everything was. Our hostess, Fiona, was absolutely wonderful. She made us feel incredibly welcome and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. The breakfast she prepared was truly fantastic – a generous and delicious spread that kept us going well into the afternoon as we explored the Isle of Skye. We highly recommend this charming B&B for a peaceful and delightful getaway.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Fiona was incredibly kind and even lent us walking sticks for our hike, which turned out to be extremely useful. The breakfast was fantastic every morning, but the full breakfast we had on our last day was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay with a warm and welcoming atmosphere!

Stunning place, amazing views and a fantastic hostess who really welcomed us into her home. Continental breakfast with a great choice and Fiona made us packed lunches with what we didn't eat, which was a lovely touch. The bedroom is spacious, very comfortable and super clean. Great shower in the spacious bathroom. There is a little room set up with all plates, cutlery fridge and microwave if you don't manage to book to eat out. We wanted for nothing. I would absolutely recommended this place and we will definitely be back. Thank you Fiona for making our stay perfect!

Fiona has beautiful room in her home that she rents out. There is a table and chairs available for our use if you want to bring take out back and a little fridge and microwave as well. She served a good breakfast with lots of choices and made us a packed lunch of the items we didn't eat for breakfast that we enjoyed on our days of sight seeing. Her sandwiches are the best! The location is quite central in Skye and made it easy to travel to the different areas of the island. Portree is about five minutes away if you want to go out for a meal. Fiona also was good at sharing places to see in her area and had different sight seeing brochures and maps for us to look at.

Fiona is super nice. She is a great hostess. She really makes sure that you feel welcome. The room is also perfect. It's super clean, comfortable and has a nice view. You even have a table, fridge and microwave in the entrance area (of the house, not your room) where you can sit and eat. The breakfast is served in the nice looking kitchen. It's an awesome breakfast with bread, eggs, vegetable, fresh fruit, yoghurt, juice, cereals, nuts. We absolutely recommend to stay at Tigh A Raoin. It was awesome.

Our stay was excellent, abowe our expectations! In my life I have been in a fef four star hotels, but i have never been treated so nicely as in Tigh a Raoin. Fiona was really friendly and sweet, she even pick up us on the bus stop, and took us to Portree, even tho she totally didn't have to. The house was beautifull, clean and we felt like at home. Breakfest was rich and delicious and Fiona was so kind, that she even pack the rest of it for our trip. I don't even know, what to add- I would recomend this acomodation to everyone.

That there's a specific time of arrival and if it's not met you make the host sleep late. It would be absolutely perfect with the option of self check-in at any time

Fiona was a gracious host and every detail was perfect. From the beautiful, light, spacious room and en-suite, to the wonderful breakfast she prepared, we loved everything about our stay. Only 10 mins drive from Portree, once seeing how busy the town was we happily grabbed takeaway to eat back at the property in our own sitting area. We cannot recommend staying here highly enough. Forget the busy town centre and escape to a perfect quiet place just short drive area.

The size and cleanliness of the room, bathroom was also a decent size. The host was very accommodating and pleasant. Provided us with a packed lunch instead of breakfast as we planned on leaving early. An extremely brilliant packed lunch, host went above and beyond to make everything perfect for our stay. Even the detail in the room with latte as well as standard coffee.

The comfortable and pristine accommodations were well appointed and in a quiet, calming location. There was a separate area equipped with a refrigerator and microwave so that we could enjoy a snack or takeaway meal. Our host was very attentive and attuned to our needs, even packing breakfast to go since we had an early morning departure.
