The location to Stateline and activities was perfect. The pool area was open till.10pm and felt quiet, private, and relaxed with little to no lighting to feel very relaxing, especially when it got dark. Room size, fireplace, large area, and cleanliness were very satisfying. It's definitely the first choice for a hotel stay when visiting South Lake Tahoe. The lack of loud and annoying children made it even better.

The A/C in the bedroom had difficulty but was not needed later in the evening with the windows open. No other complaints

We had the suite and it was nice and large with a kitchen area and a living area separate from the bedroom. The location was great and walkable to shopping and the gondola ride. The breakfast was wonderful but there was limited inside seating and it was cool in the mornings even for August. The pool was nice and there was a hot tub but we couldn't get the jets to work. We called for maintenance but they never came while we were there.

The carpet in our room was dirty and needed a deep cleaning. The bottoms of our shoes and feet were black from walking around in the rooms.

The breakfast in the mornings were so convenient, delicious and a big variety of offerings to choose from. I love the outdoor seating out front as well. Pool was relaxing and clean! All staff, including housekeeping staff, were polite, friendly and helpful. Hotel parking was adequate. I also loved that there was an ice machine and laundry facilities, both of which I used!

Trash cans outside near parking lot would be dumped overnight by bears, including right in front of the elevator. Possibly consider bear-proof trashcans in the future.

The breakfast was great and is enough reason to stay there again. I missed the cinnamon rolls after I was full from bacon, gravy and biscuits. There's parking for no charge, too. The restaurants and stores are all walkable from the motel.

I'm not sure there was anything I didn't like. Purpose of the trip was to snowboard and wasn't going for the resort feel.

Had to stay unexpectedly for the night. The room was clean and comfortable. Dove products were provided, which helped since we weren't planning to stay overnight. The staff was welcoming and friendly. We had the breakfast the next morning. Delicious biscuits and gravy! Best part was that it was quiet. I will definitely be staying again.

Comfortable mattress and pillows, some beds are like rocks, but these I could really relax on and sleep easily. Great water heat and pressure. Easy climate controls. TV package was a little limiting, but over I'd happily come back again!

The TV was small and there were not a lot of channels to choose from, but otherwise perfect room.

Room was spacious and well designed for comfort and storage. Double sinks in bathroom were an unexpected bonus. Breakfast variety was a pleasant surprise. Cleaning staff were amazingly helpful.

Parking was a bit of an issue--parking lot was totally full on a couple of occasions.

Breakfast basic continental, but good. Room larger than we expected. Very neat and clean. EXCELLENT heating - temperature outside was in lower 30s to mid 20s Fahrenheit. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Ice machine only in ONE of several buildings in the complex. Never saw a vending machine. No bottled water.

The in-room coffee was terrible - you should state in the room features that coffee maker is a Keurig and I could have brought my own pods. Breakfast was quite good and coffee was OK. It was a quiet place considering it was right on Hwy 50.

It is located close to the stores and attractions. The room is spacious. It was comfortable.the breakfast is satisfying.

It was a great stay. The only safety concern for me after a snowy day is somehow clearing the stairway to prevent slip. We were in second floor just right above the main office building.
