It's a great location, the staff was super friendly (I had stayed about a week so I met a couple of the front desk folks), the room was spacious and clean. And they are actually PET friendly, not just dog friendly. I moved up to Tahoe and stayed here while I was getting settled. I brought my senior cat with me and she had a great time there too.

While I was there they were doing construction and remodels, I never had issues with noise but the construction took up a lot of parking. But that's only temporary!

I couldn't access the breakfast with my walker. I checked in and there was not a ground level accessible room on site. I am disabled and travel alone and the clerk escorted me down the highway sidewalk to a Fairbridge property. it was very nice, quiet and comfortable - but too far to walk back downhill with my walker, safety and fall prevention was a priority.

Location in a different hotel without a clerk or office and finding that the management feels they can run two properties with one front office clerk. She was kind enough to accompany me down the highway carrying my bags while I followed behind with my walker to the next hotel property Fairbridge - - managed under Econolodge. She deserves a huge raise! Please pay her what she deserves. Kimberly (415) 876-9098

Easy access and close to grocery stores and restaurants. Nice that they offered free breakfast, but it wasn't ready at 7a so we ate elsewhere since we needed to get on the road.

Lighting was pretty sparse - two small lights above the night stand, and one light on the desk. Could have used another lamp or two, or brighter bulbs in the existing lights. Breakfast wasn't ready at 7am (lady said it'd be another 10-15 minutes), so we grabbed McD's instead. Our room didn't have carpet, so it was a bit on the colder side.

The location is a little run down, but clean and comfortable.

The exterior is pretty rough. The pool appears to have been abandoned many years ago, but nothing done to make the area more visually appealing. All in all, the stay was comfortable. But when the exterior of the location looks messy and unkept, it makes you question what else about the facility is also messy and unkept.

I thought the bed was comfortable. Overall, great place to stay for the money and location

I would have liked more space for toiletries in the bathoom. The bathroom had a sink only with no vanity.

Staff very nice. Was very glad to fin portable fan in closet as wall fan (or a/c?) was way too noisy and could not control.

Maybe a room cleaning after 3 days would be good even though I didn't ask for it. Railing on stairs from 2nd floor had peeling paint exposing wood and I scratched my hand and almost got a splinter. Fixing this should be a priority. Also other signs of deterioration of physical property need attention.

I loved that they had an option for my room to be closer to the lobby. Considering I have a toddler it was much easier to get to breakfast. Breakfast had a good selection- bagels, jimmy dean breakfast sandwich, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, waffles, apples, juices, coffees, tea. It wasn’t a loud location at all. Close to local businesses and restaurants.

Pretty outdated, needs a paint job and some pictures on the wall lol. small shower in my room. Could’ve been cleaned better, ceiling had water stains. The parking lot was horrible- my husband had to shovel an area for us to park in and staff didn’t offer.

There’s no safe-deposit box in the bedroom.

Very large room, spa bath (not in all rooms though), great wifi, good breakfast included, very quiet room despite lots of guests, fairly handy location for using as a base for local hikes but not especially central for people wanting nightlife etc.

no complaints at all!

This property’s location is perfect, you’re not paying thousands of dollars and a 10-20 minute drive from free beaches and 5-10 minute walk from downtown shops, restaurants and activities.

Not the nicest room, pretty small but beds were very comfortable.
