The view was absolutely amazing, definitely the highlight of the apartment. The beds were nicely made. Two towels provided for each person. Dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge&freezer, kettle provided. We got a cleaning half way in our stay and the cleaners did a great job, changed our all bedsheet and towels, and cleared up the kitchen. There was a hairdryer in the bathroom too. Very goot apartment.

An oven and a toaster would have been useful.

They should pin the location of the reception . It took us quite a while to find it and when we tried to call no one answered because, the receptionist said, the lines were down .

The apartment is located right next to the Sagrada Familia, close to the metro entrance, a few steps from two supermarkets and two wonderful cafes.The apartment is clean, bright, equipped with basic things.

During our stay, on Friday morning, the toilet flush broke down. Despite reporting the failure, no one showed up to repair it for the next 3 days. I understand that it was a weekend, but an apartment without a functioning toilet for 4 people is a big inconvenience. The beds are creaky and hard. There is no warmer cover, the nights in the apartment in January are really cold.

The location was amazing, close to metro, attractions and facilities. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. Not that we spent much time there as there is so much to see and so in the city.

NOT a complaint, just a note to assist fellow travellers. Check in is at the hotel which is a couple of streets away from the apartments. If you book an airport pick up through Booking.com the taxi will automatically take you to the apartments, so have the address of the hotel on hand to give to the driver. Hotel will store your bags free of charge if you arrive before check-in time. But at check out the hotel has secure lockers available for hire at a small fee.

All went smoothly. We landed very early in the morning, and we could get the keys later in the early afternoon, but the team tried to give us the keys as quickly as possible

Check in at the Hotel reception about 2 blocks from the apartments. There's a code for the outside apartment door and a key card for the apartment itself. Everything is clean and well appointed, everything you need in the kitchen. Beds and air conditioning are comfy. It's SO close to Sagrada Familia--the cathedral and the metro. VERY convenient. And the Hotel lobby (2 blocks from apt) has luggage storage for a small fee.

The only mirror in the apartment was in the bathroom, which wasn't handy for 6 of us getting ready in the morning. 400 euro cash deposit required on check in, which isn't a problem, just be aware of it, and take a video of the apartment when you leave to get it back.

We loved the apartment and location! So modern and comfortable, short walking distance from metro, bus stops, pharmacy, market and Sagrada Familia. We’ll definitely stay there again if we travel again to Barcelona. Staff was great and let us check in earlier after a long night flight.

Some neighbors were not quiet during the night (after 11pm) and we had trouble sleeping. We noticed the windows were replaced with new ones, so we’d recommend doing the same with the door as well to help with noise outside.

The location of the apartment is amazing. 2 mins from Sagrada Familia, dozen of restaurants in vicinity, supermarkets, pharmacy, self-service laundry. Beautiful neighbourhood. At the end of the stay, from hotel's reception, we got taxi reserved in few seconds as well as lockers to put our luggage into while we were waiting for our flight.

We stayed for 7 days and towels weren't changed, we got only few roles of toilet paper. Nobody answered on messages sent through booking.com. Anyway, because of it we discovered self-service laundry

The location of the hotel… The Supermarket and laundromat were nearby… Very close to the Metro, very accessible… Two minute walk to Sagrada Familia..,

Collection of the keys were 2 streets away… During the collection of my keys at the main building Of Hotel Sagrada Familia, my family were scammed and almost robbed… It was our first time here… Thus, be vigilant… The main room door was difficult to operate… Took a long time to figure out… I had to knock on my neighbour for assistance…

We couldn't find the hotel reception where we had to collect our keys from. Since we had all our suitecases with us, it was a little bit of a mission to get to the correct place. Other than that, the check-in was easy and seemless.

The kitchen needed more utensils / glasses. Not enough drinking glasses/coffee mugs. A kitchen cloth would have been nice and some ice trays to make ice as it was boiling hot in Spain.
