Clean comfortable room and bed. Much appreciated.
TV should be far more simple to use, not requiring network connection. Hotel should have provided a password. Facility sheet of hotel amenities and menu should also have been provided in the room. Staff member at check in seemed more interested in serving customers in the restaurant than ensuring I felt welcome. Staff on Sunday and on check out excellent. First impressions go along way. Appreciated communication re hot water service breaking down. That is beyond management control.

The staff were extremely helpful, going beyond expectations, the room had a touch of Scottish elegance , bay window with amazing views of the river and mountains beyond, the bed was large and extremely comfortable, plus there was table and chairs to sit and look at the view. The dinner and breakfast in the bar and restaurant served good food at reasonable prices .
Bathroom door when open takes up a bit of room , no purpose made shelf or table for kettle to reach plug but adequate numer of sockets to choose from. Too many labels notices regarding switching off lights , although they did work well as reminders etc.

My single person room was adequate for one night. The hinges of the access to the bathroom needed some oil because the door was very squeaky. The wardrobe had a door with a rather large slam noise if let go, but I quickly got used to it for the short time of my stay. There was a good sized kettle and tea and coffee option with some biscuits. The wall-mounted television was very good.
As it was a single, small room there was no place for a chair which meant having to sit on the bed all the time, but I'm not sure where a chair could be accommodated.

Fabulous breakfast and although we didn't have an evening meal because we were visiting friends it was clearly very popular and meals did look very good. The room was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing everyone again. A real gem in a fabulous spot we highly recommend. Thanks again from Richard and Hazel.
Nothing to dislike although we couldn't have a room with a river view because the only room we could use due to requiring a ground floor due to disability. It didn't stop us being very comfortable.

We were are group of 5 and brought our bikes. This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel and the staff couldn't be more helpful. It was a Friday evening when we arrived and the bar/restaurant was very busy but the staff were very patient and accomodating and even though we were a bit late for our dinner booking, the staff took it in their stride. The food was lovely too. The first time we stayed we had a room at the back with a huge newly refurbished bathroom and this time we managed to get a room at the front with a lovely view over the firth of Clyde. We would definately recommend this hotel.
Very minor complaint; the quilt on the bed was far too warm and could have done with a lighter one and maybe a blanket in the cupboard if you had travellers coming from warm countries. It would also have been good to have refillable wall mounted soap and shampoo rather than the small single use plastic ones.

The property was ideally located, overlooking the waterfront with fantastic views to the front. Parking was available free of charge adjacent to and opposite the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the bed was extremely comfortable. Large en-suite shower room was spotless and well equipped.
Our room was quite cramped but adequate for our one night stay. We were ground floor at the back of the hotel so there were no views other than of a back yard and very little natural light which made the room feel cold and dingy.

The situation is wonderful, looking out on the Firth of Clyde at a point where land and sea are tangled together. It's fascinating to watch it as the clouds roll past, from a table outside the hotel. The room I had was fine and the restaurant lively and informal and the food was good, no question. But book a table! Other people have found the Spinnaker already. Half a mile form the railway station.
Really, nothing.

Had a great room with a view. The bed was huge and super comfy with nice quality sheets. I was visiting family over Xmas & NY and popped there for a bit of space hehe. The macaroni cheese was the best we'd tasted in a long time, felt like a traditional recipe that my gran would have made. The right amount of sauce to Mac noodles, and unlike over priced London averageness we experience on a regular basis living here. We loved it so much we had it twice! The staff were super lovely. Felt like a really tight ship ran place and just really wholesome, having travelled the world and stayed in both high end and more basic - I would just sum up this was a great value for money, well thought out and cared for hotel with brilliant staff. Would definitely stay again and bring other family members!
There isn't anything I could say I didn't like tbh.

The room boasted magnificent river views, offering a serene and picturesque backdrop that made the stay unforgettable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our visit which included my dogs, was perfect, even surprising me with an upgraded room - a gesture that truly elevated the experience. The food was absolutely delightful, and the bar had a great atmosphere. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway!

Stayed here a few times now and always enjoy it. It has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and the views from the bar out over the Clyde are a major bonus. The room was quite small, much of it taken up by the double bed, but it was comfortable and immaculately clean. Ate there in the evening, very good steak sandwich. The staff are helpful and welcoming.
Somebody in a nearby room was going to the toilet repeatedly through the night, I kept being wakened by their bathroom fan.
