The Food was good both dinner and Breakfast and the rooms were Comfortable and clean,they have very friendly staff!

I requested for Birthday Baloons decor in the room for my partner and I received a confirmation email for my request and I found a small Birthday card and chocolates on the table, I really appreciate the efforts,and I would like to suggest that you ask more details about the request and rather add an extra charge if it's costly to arrange. Everything else was perfect,I'll definitely come back and I recommend Thank you again!

Staff were super friendly and attentive. Fantastic breakfast buffet left us spoilt for choice. Light meals provided by the Lairds Inn Bar, served on the patio with excellent views of the garden and hills beyond, were very good value for money. If you’re craving for a pizza, look no further. The vegetarian pizza was one of the best we've had lately. The tranquil surroundings, with walkways and seating areas around the hotel and central dam, gave us plenty of opportunity to relax and de-stress. A visit to the spa was a real treat, further relaxing and enjoying some personal time to be pampered. We extended our stay for a few more days, and the front of house staff were very helpful with specific arrangements such as assistance with wheelchair accessibility, room service, arranging airport shuttle services, and more.

There was a terrible foul smell in the air. I think it was to do with the water filtration system. Also there was water damage in our room around the cabinets. The furniture in the rooms could do with updating, it's over 20 years old.

The property exceeded my expectations in terms of value, and I was blown away by the level of customer service. The staff was incredible attentive and make sure our needs are met, Mr Shudu, Mr Andrew and Mr Simon you are the best👍💯. How can I forget the pregnant lady Faith she prepared our table with beautiful deco. The food and restaurant was excellent and the service was wonderful. We grab pack of popcorn for free everytime we came back from activities.The safety is 100%. I had amazing experience at this place and I will definitely visit again.

Please mention your chalets @ Booking.com so that we can choose it especially when we are a big group,we booked 4 hotel rooms because chalets are not mentioned. I was in room 402 the aircon was dripping and it makes lot's of noise, it needs to be fixed. My sister was in room 408 there was a bad smell of drain which it almost rune our stay.

Apart from the beautiful location and relaxing spa massages that we had, I was really impressed by the service we received all weekend from all staff members. It was my sisters 40th birthday and staff members went out of their way to accommodate us by beautifully decorating a table for us. Meals were catered for us as per our special vegetarian dietary requirements. The chefs went out of their way to make each dish creative , with delicious flavours and beautiful presentations.

I just felt the pillows were a bit uncomfortable and didn’t provide much support. They were stuffed with duck feathers that sank to the sides when your head lay on it.

Where do I even begin🤗,a great thank you to LELANI,though we did not meet physically she went beyond my expectations🙆‍♀️ with my booking. Me and my husband were celebrating 24yrs of being together and when we got to the room we were met with a lovely romantic set-up(rose pedals,chocolates ❤️ and a personalized card wishing us a happy anniversary 🎉. The room is recently renovated with a rainfall shower(my personal favorite) and clean white crispy sheet. We were also met with breathtaking swimming pool and garden views 😍. To top it all a warm jacuzzi was right at our door step. LELANI you are much appreciated you truly know how to melt hearts🫠. I would also like to appreciate NONTOBEKO at reception,I was met with her bright smile as I entered for check-in,which went smoothly as she explained everything we needed to know. She also went beyond the call of duty during our check-out as she showed us other rooms that are available for future bookings. I must say the rooms,chalet and garden suits look absolutely amazing 🤩. I highly recommend booking at Glenburn wether for a romantic occasion,family vacation,friends outings etc. I'm referring as many of my clients and family. Big ups to the whole team at the restauran👏,the Dinner Buffet was so delicious 😋,the breakfast was a good spread. This was my second visit and all I can say is I am still WOWED😃☺️😍.

We came to celebrate our anniversary with my husband and we were very happy,the food ,our anniversary turn down the room was set perfectly,the dessert that came with was delicious wow never tasted something like that before 👌the buffet was delicious had more options,also when you call the receptionist they send someone immediately as if they we’re waiting for ur call..our table when we came for dinner it had a little red decoration.was very impressed thank you 😊 also there’s tennis court my favorite and my husband had table tennis 🏓 his favorite we are definitely coming back. Loved it

Myb provide doom too many mosquitoes 🦟 by the river tell guest not to bring music speakers,there were a bunch of ladies by the pool playing loud music my god!! We stopped swimming and went for the tennis court but we could still hear the music loud

I didn't get the room I was expecting, I was given a down floor room and I was expecting a balcony

Liked most things about our 4 night local 'holiday' - especially the staff - so helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the facilities and explored the grounds and found the waterfall. The meals were all very good and the rooms spacious and comfortable. We were also there during a heatwave so the aircon and generator during load shedding were a must. As a conference and event venue we understood why there were no bar fridges in the room. And maybe why the tv channels were somewhat limited (fine for children).

The pool facilities need an upgrade - there definitely needs to be a toilet in the area, even if only one / unisex. The pool is super and a lot more can be done there for the leisure visitors. We ate there once but there wasnt really service at the pool and the towels werent there every day it seems. Please address these issues - we want to come back. And I must add - the main dining room needs some decor attention. We chose to eat in the bar area which has character and ambience. because the dining area itself is too clinical - fine for breakfasts but the table settings / colour scheme needs to be given some warmth and character.

Breakfast and dinner were awesome! The range/choice and quality of food available was amazingly tasty and sumptuous. We loved the room, space, grounds & landscapes, entertainment facilities, cleanliness, and comfort. Wi-Fi service was strong throughout the facility, which was great!

Too many steps to climb lifting heavy suitcases from the car park to reception and to the rooms. We got help from Fortune, but it was too painful to watch our helper struggling to negotiate through the steep climb. PLEASE BUILT RAMPS TO WHEEL THE SUITCASES INSTEAD of the wicked steps.
