We loved how the bed was super comfortable the pillows were a dream to sleep on I wish I knew what pillow they were so I could get them for my own place loved how they made up the room without having to use a sign to be asked for it to be made up we also loved how on arrival they gave a 2x milks at other places we have stayed in they have given you pods and or 1 milk and wouldn’t give us more then what they supplied to us on arrival at other places

Parking was one on our last night there we couldn’t park in our designated park as a guest or a visitor parked in 2 parks meaning we had to use someone else’s spot to park our car for the night.

Nice big motel-style room with big windows and lovely views from everywhere over the fields to the mountains. Loved the balcony with private hot tub, and big fluffy robes for when it was cold. Everything was extremely clean and the location is perfect just a short walk along the road from the hot springs and shops.

Would stay longer/again if it was a little more affordable, but otherwise nothing.

Fabulous 2 night stay at Hanmer Springs Scenic Views Motel. Was greeted with a warm & friendly welcome by our host Emma who also provided some helpful recommendations. Added bonus was being upgraded to a bigger unit which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel! The facilities were spotlessly clean & easy walk to the cafes/ restuarants & pools. Having the free pool towels to take to the hot pools was a nice touch! Thank you Hanmer Springs Scenic Views Motel 😊 We will be back in the future!

Everything was perfect!

This property is in a great location just a few minutes walk from the hot pools and restaurants and cafes. It catches all day sun and has excellent heating so is great for a winter break. We were upgraded to a three bedroom unit which was spacious and well equipped. Great kitchen with full hob and a bathroom with a wet floor shower. The bed was very comfortable and there was very comfortable lounge furniture. Parking at the door. The hosts were great - they have generously upgraded our unit the last two times we have stayed. We will stay again.

The staff were fantastic, they went above and beyond. When we arrived they were very friendly, happy to see us, and nothing was a problem, they presented a genuine sense of hospitality. Not only were they friendly but they were very accomodating, happy to assist with any request we had (even when our child accidentally spilled liquid on a duvet cover, it was no biggie and they were happy to sort it promptly and still with a smile)

Nothing, the staff nailed it, great facilities, great team, nothing I can think of could be improved.

One of the most clean rooms we've experienced. Note that we were traveling with our toddler so I'm a bit fussy about the cleaness of the room and this one is superior. We were here one night and it was my son's birthday. The staff was very helpful abd helped us find a light for my boy's birthday cake candle. Got a bottle of fresh milk for my morning coffee and my boy's breakfast routine. Very happy for ours stay and since we live in chch, this will be our 'the one' whenever we visit Hanmer Spring.

10/10 location. Walking distance to almost everything; the main shops, pools, right across the road from the mini golf + maze and most importantly— a 3 minute walk to and from our dinner at Five Stags (big win, got to enjoy another cheeky wine!) Exceptionally clean and tidy Checked in @ 7pm and was assisted by a lovely lady at reception We have been to Hanmer many of times, but this has to be our favourite stay so far. Simple, yet great and all we needed for our wee family of 3.

MINOR downside, the shower pressure was a little low

Loved the location in relation to town and the room was lovely.

Didn't like that the bathroom window, which was also in the shower didn't have any type of window covering, no frosted glass or anything. I went around the back of the building to see if you could see in there and you totally could. I get that its nice to look out to the view but for those of us who are a bit conservative had no privacy. If the farmer needed to work in that paddock he'd get an eye full!. Oyher than that, it was great.

10 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️property Manager saved our holiday when we locked our car keys in the car ! Phoned around and sent a member of his staff to a local garage Was unlocked within an hour - and only cost £50 Lovely friendly guy too Facilities were excellent, fantastic views Definitely book here if you are visiting Hanmer Springs

Would have liked sofa in room rather than two chairs

How nice and clean and new everything was. The room had plenty of kitchenette supplies. The host was very nice and welcoming. Had beautiful view of the mountains and the cows in the paddock. Bed was comfortable as we co-slept with our 1 year old. Had good tv entertainment, though the internet was on and off.

The back patio area was open, so other people staying could walk past your back door.
