Stunning building with amazing design. Location in the old town of Las Palmas in a quiet street. The owner is helpful and kind. The Aminta room (double with private bathroom) is very spacious, with towels and soap provided. There is a shared kitchen and nearby bars, supermarkets and pastry/ churros places. The terrace is super nice to hang out or even work from there as there are plugs :) Totally recommended for a stay in a traditional house.

February 2025

The host Luka and his family were lovely and very helpful. It was nice to support a small family-owned business. The place was clean with nice, homey decor. Good bed, the room was a bit chilly (February) but we got an extra blanket which solved this. The place is pittoresque and kind of like a moroccan riad - open roof and rooms around it with windows towards this inner inside "yard". Nice and sunny rooftop terracce. Breakfast was basic but good for the price.

Because the building is old and has a open floor plan+stone walls, the noise isolation is not good. It did not bother us at first, because all the guests were quiet, but on our last day there were guests who were drinking and going loudly up and down the stairs to go outside and back in, doors are also a bit loud if you're not careful. We told Luka about this when we left and he was attentive to this. I also understand that the hosts can't affect how people behave during the night and the noise isolation is what it is.

Lovely stay in a historic home on in Vegueta and in walking distance of the Triana district. These districts have many historic sights as well as nice restaurants and bars. We loved the relaxed and quiet atmosphere in the hotel and the rooms were very comfortable. Luca is a friendly host who tried to help us find a nice restaurant on Christmas Eve. We appreciated the simple continental breakfast that was available.

Rooms can be a bit noisy, which is to be expected since it is an old home. But it didn't bother us. Not all rooms have a bathroom ensuite, but enough common bathrooms are available.

The property is located in a nice, quiet part of the city with everything you need nearby - laundry, shops, cafés. The rooms are very clean and have a nice vibe, plus there is a shared roof terrace and a large common kitchen area. The owner is very friendly and communication was very smooth. Personally welcomed me and introduced the whole house for a good stay.

The only thing that could be done to improve internet coverage. It was impossible to connect in my room. In the common area and the kitchen the coverage was good.

The breakfast including service and the room was very good. the main table provided the opportunity to sit with and meet the other guests. The bed room was basic but very comfortable and the Location suited what we need to enjoy the sites and restaurant's in the old town of Las Parma's.

I would have preferred to have an information pack in our room, however Luka was always extremally helpful and informative and helped with everything we needed.

This is a great property in a beautiful old building in the old town. The room was a decent size with a comfortable bed and the decor was cool. It's within walking distance of all the main attractions and museums in Vegueta, Las Palma old town. The bathrooms are separate to the rooms, but all well equipped and lockable. I arrived early and had to wait a bit to check in, but the staff did their best to get my room ready for me as early as possible. There is a beautiful shared terrace on the roof, and a nice shared lounge room on the ground floor as well.

The place was a little hard to find, so look carefully for small signs on the street. I guess some people would prefer not to use a shared bathroom, but it didn't bother me.

Great location and nice restored old building. Definitely a great place to stay if you like visiting museums and local culture. I could stay there once again as it has a perfect location and it is very comfortable.

There was a subtle stuffy smell, which you will detect when entering the room. Perhaps humidity or something like that. It was not a problem, and it didn't bother me, but it was a noticeable smell when entering the room. Apart from that everything was great and clean. Also, no humidity visible.

The location was perfect close to cathedral Ana and the old town. The property itself is authentic old style canneries and decorated so beautifully its magical to spend time there. There is a communal kitchen and rooftop terrace. This makes it a good option for solo travellers or those on a budget. Staff were helpful and I found the people of las Palmas very welcoming. Great value for money couldn’t recommend highly enough.

nothing could be better!

The house is very special, old vibes and full of wonderful character. The bed was very comfortable and amazing set up like a princess bed :) Roberta is so welcome and makes sure everything is great. There is daily cleaning, so the place is spotless. Other staff are so sweet and welcome. Great location in the old town, easy access everywhere.

The only minus is a poor internet connection, but I am sure I can be improved. Also, there is daily room cleaning if you don't want to be disturbed, in the morning let them know.
