It is a small property but that was fine with me. The property is bare bones but it is very clean and comfortable. The inside room that small outside patios. The location was great! About a 10 minute walk to the train station and 15 minutes to the center. The tram is just outside the facility. It is a little hard to find the first time as it sits back in the parking lot of other buildings. Communication from the owner was very good through WhatsApp. Breakfast was just right. I plan to stay there again.

It can feel a little scary entering the property at night if you are alone as it sits back in a parking lot of other buildings, but I was fine. The rooms on the front of the building also have a patio, but these are ope to the parking lot.

Except for the sound issue, everything was perfect! Not too in the city, this was also I liked it. Breakfast was pretty good and they made coffee for us! The staff were very kind. The tram stop was very close, very convenient. The owner was also very kind, when I asked a question by WhatsApp, he replied to me right away:)

The sounds of the next doors are easily heard. People talked loudly, the flashing sound was also hearable. I would like people to talk a bit calmly when it's night and early morning.

The property is 1.5 km away from all the cathedrals, old part, shopping district and restaurants , which makes it very easy to reach everything on foot. Rebecca is extremely nice and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There is breakfast included in the price and they can improve in this end, as there’s not a big choice truly, but this is not an issue at all - i mean you’re in Firenze you can eat literally everything everywhere. Lovely stay we had ☺️

İt was very clean and comfortable, shower was big and didn’t make the whole bathroom wet. not too far to most main attractions,25 minute walk or you can take the tram which is right in front of the door. The breakfast was fresh and had enough choices to suit us all. The staff were very friendly and kind. Had its own car park for extra per night or street parking easily available. Would stay again

i liked the beds they were comfortable. i appreciate the coffee and tea in the room. clean towels each day and the patio area outside. also that it was back from the road and gated.

there are no taxis nearby. no restaurants or bars. its an 11 minute walk to piazzale montelungo or the bus stop. the shower only had a large rain shower head that pointed to the corner and didn’t move. the small detachable shower head didn’t work. our breakfast was not included in the reservation.

I like everything about this place. I recommend for people traveling with kids, they have the best family room. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and very welcoming. It’s located nearby to the city center which makes it easy for us to walk around.

I honestly like everything about this place.

Good location, very clean rooms with small patio and A/C. Female host was very nice and welcomed us before the scheduled check-in. Ice making machine in the kitchen and coffee maker in the room. I recommend for short stays.

A bit pricey since there is no buffet breakfast (cereals, fruit - which was fresh and tasty -, yoghurt, slices of cheese and ham. Also standard pastries and coffee). There is a small refrigerator in the room but did not drop below 18 degrees (when mentioned, the male host just said that it will drop and left). Only Italian programmes on TV (a thought: maybe a shared Netflix or Showtime? Not big investment but TV would be functional).

The host and the atmosphere are amazing! They were very helpful to let us check in before 11 so we could leave our things and have some rest, very lovely and friendly place, amazing room with all necessary facilities, it was possible to use the kitchen to take some dishes to enjoy the dinner in the room, it was a really calm and peaceful time there. The breakfast was really good and nutritious. Just a lovely place to stay!:)

The room and facilities were excellent. A new and very modern room and a lovely small seating area outside our bedroom. The breakfast was satisfactory and enough. Felt completely secure as access was through a secure gated entrance. Good we were able to advise our time of arrival and were able to check in

Check out. This wasn't a 24 hour accommodation and we were not able to leave our luggage after check out. Not convenient as it isn't easy to walk around Florence with our cases. Because of this we amended our train booking to leave earlier

Location is excellent. 10 minutes walk from center. 4 mins from Tram stop. Clean and spacious rooms. Enough toiletries like lotion and body wash. Cute nice kitchen and potable water available 24*7. Bed size is good and AC works decent.

A full mirror. How can one leave the room without checking themselves out top to bottom. Plus a small wardrobe would be great to keep things look lil less messy.
