This location is the perfect hidden gem. The whole place has been renovated with a modern touch. The rooms and location were so clean! The staff were absolutely amazing. With it being so small (only 12 rooms) it was so personable and inviting. The front desk staff were just perfect. Gabriella and others went out of their way to make it a wonderful experience. The location was amazing. We didn’t have a car and were able to walk everywhere. So many restaurants, ice cream, coffee, and shopping all around all within walking distances. And the ocean/beach was only a 3 min walk. The pier was about 10 min walk. I can’t wait to go back and book another trip!

We arrived, parked in the complementary lot, and were were greeted in a very welcoming way at check-in. Our second floor room was very clean, modern, updated decor and equipped with a bar sink, fridge and cabinet to store our snacks and drinks. The coffee in the office was very good and available whenever. The pool area is lovely; has lounge chairs, tables and chairs and cabanas. Although the pool was near the street, it was surprisingly quiet and secluded by a vegetation-lined fence and seemed very private. The bed was very comfy and the ventilation system was great--quiet and consistent. The location was perfect--it truly is minutes from the beach and we could walk to many restaurants.

My only VERY slight criticism is that although the chairs in the room were very comfortable, it was not easy to watch tv from them unless they were moved, and there was no good place to put them without blocking access to something. I don't think this is a big deal for most, though.

If I could give this a 12/10 I would. Every memeber of the staff was amazing (Victoria, Juliette and Gabriella). They were friendly, attentive and if you needed something, you blinked and you had it. The room was clean and comfortable. There were robes in the room which was a nice touch. The lobby had really good coffee and water available. The pool was clean and quiet. Walking distance to so much, otherwise a short uber ride. The beach was about a 5 minute easy walk. I could go on and on.

What a lovely property, staff were friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in a junior suite which was just immaculate, pool area was lovely with towels provided on all the sunbeds and we were even given a Pina Colada whilst relaxing by the pool. Towels are also provided for the beach should you need them. Location was good, just a short walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. We really wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ivory Sands Beach Suites to anyone and would definitely book to stay again. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one!

Absolutely nothing!

The room and staff were the best. You do not see the beach from the hotel, but it isn't very far. The complimentary cocktails and bottles of water were a pleasant touch. The staff bent over backwards to help you with any questions we had. Small and cozy with you vehicle right close by. Free parking too. Larger resorts were charging up to $30 to park your car there.

Bright lights and construction right outside of our room (we were on the street side). Couldn't wee the water from our hotel.

Loved the closeness to beach and restaurants (6-8 minute walk), clean facilities, staff was very friendly and attentive!

The only complaint I have is that I wish the floors were gone over once each day with the turn down services. They got pretty dirty with the in and out and at night if I forgot to wear my flip flops before bed I had to run and clean my feet before hoping into bed lol. Minor complaint but just something I wished for.

The whole place is a VIBE! The staff, service, rooms and amenities made it feel like we were part of an exclusive experience. All the guests seemed to really enjoy their stay. The staff were amazing. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect! The rooms were modern and chic with some great touches. I will be recommending it to anyone I know traveling to the area.

Wayne, Jen and Chris were spectacular hosts and so kind. Their hospitality made the stay even more amazing. The room was perfect and had excellent amenities including comfy robes, a wet bar with sink and wine fridge and a large rain shower. I love the Nectar products! The pool was sparkling clean and the outside seating is abundant by the rooms and at the pool. We were brought frozen drinks that were so yummy and made to feel at home the entire stay. Centrally located, it was a short walk to many restaurants and about 2 blocks from the beach. A perfect location!

We have zero complaints!

Everything was simply INCREDIBLE - we got an early check in / late check out, excellent / comfortable room, free welcome and pool drinks, super new facilities, 5 min from the beach... Overall, the experience was much better than we were expecting, can't recommend it enough!

No beach chairs or umbrellas available for guests... They could at least store the ones left behind by guests (like ours that we had to buy, for example) and offer to other guests while they are staying there.

It was very clean and modern. The amenities were very good as well. Very kept clean. The staff was beyond Amazing! The lady with short hair and glasses (can not think of her name) & Gabriella were seriously so sweet and friendly. The owner himself was so nice! My family and i have been coming to this place since i was younger and coming now as an adult with all the upgrades was fantastic! My husband & I will be back again!
