Beautiful location. Very quiet room. Nicely set out perfect for the one night. Staff very friendly.

Wardrobe space not good due to large boiler?? Not sure what it was, thankfully only stayed one night so not a problem. Shower floor very slippery. TV bit small. No Wifi in rooms. Big downfall at breakfast. Dread to think how long it had been out, they served you, not sure why you couldn’t help yourself. Cold weak coffee, cooked breakfast cold. No juice, toast or cereal. Just a wine list on the table! When checking out got told that breakfast menus do exist and we should have been offered juice and toast. At least didn’t get charged for it but then didn’t eat most of it either

The staff were really friendly and helpful. The cabin was beautiful and comfortable, set in an idyllic location. The restaurant was clean and the food was very good quality. The portion sizes were very generous. Plenty of free parking available. Tea and coffee facilities are available in the room.

The batteries in the TV remote may have been running out as it didn't seem to be very reactive. And the signal was poor. It would have been nice to have a small fridge in the room, as we had brought some drinks with us for the evening. All these things were very minor and did not affect the stay in any way.

The lady on main reception was welcoming and lovely We were able to walk around the course (respecting players) along the buggy track and it was beautiful a good hours walk Blissfully quiet

We were sent to the battle (music very loud) to collect out key..the young lady that checked us on could not have been any more opposite mumbled, abrupt and unwelcoming I was charged 1p ( for any damaged).and if I wanted it back I.could ask No explanation Had some other guest that woke my partner up at 2am having an argument but otherwise not a noise

Lovely shower room nice and cosy, I put towels on the heated towel rail = nice warm dry towels. Chap who was there Tuesday night and Wednesday morning was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Not that the young ladies Tuesday night and Thursday morning weren't pleasant they were. But haven't quite got the same easy way of speaking to you.

The 2 steps from the first set of cabins to where mine was had to lift up my wheely case. The poor young lady with the trolley of clean linen had an incredible struggle to get the trolley up onto the path, in fact I helped her as she was fighting a losing battle with it in the very wet grass. You need a slope, that way it would be accessible for wheelchairs too. As well as making the life of your staff easier.

Friendly staff, beautiful location, clean amenities and room.

Only issue were the window blinds and door window that don’t sit plush to the window or in terms of the central door window are transparent (there’s a dark filter on the glass but you can still see through). The blinds allow light and a diagonal line of sight to inside/outside so a little exposed when people walk past given that it’s straight to the bedroom. This was the only issue though.

The rooms were large, and clean. The bedding was fresh. We stayed on a Thursday so it was quiet and the cabins overlook the golf course.

For the price I paid I wouldn't complain much about this. But if you have a bad back be warned the bed is soft. Just one thing heating was way too high in the evening and the rooms needed instructions on how to switch off the heating.

Lovely warm cabin. Everything we needed for a base. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the receptionist and the very helpful gent who gave us our dinner. Couldn't fault the place and very reasonably priced. Would visit again. Thank you

Nothing, all good

The whole surrounding of the golf course and being able to rake a nice walk. The weather was amazing also which was an advantage made me want to sit outside our cabin.

The windows and doors need to be a little more private. I could see into people's cabins unintentionally as I walked past. Not having any chairs to sit outside

Staff were excellent and accommodation was very good value. Food freshly cooked and a much better experience than well known (and more expensive) hotel chains. Was scenic and extremely quiet.

Set price for breakfast didn't make sense when you added up the individual items. I would also invest in a better coffee machine and improve internet access.

Everything, friendly staff good value accommodation and meals. Initially I booked for the wrong day and arrived a day earlier than planned but the manager & staff accommodated me and quickly arranged a room, very happy and if I happen to be in the area again I would have no hesitation in staying there again Thanks again
