For the third time we stayed in the apartments and they are exceptionally couzy ...you feel right at home ..we used to stay in suite 803, this is the first year to stay in 802 and honestly the glass balcony provides such a great view ! Relaxing and enjoying your breakfast on the middteranean is such a soozing time! The staff is as always very welcoming and helpful. We used to get a daily call from them to check if everything was up for our standards and expectations.

The wi-fi service was so so.

First of all, hospitality. They offered me to check my room before I check-in, cheap 2 minutes a way parking 5le/day. Variety of food with a good priced 'made with love' quality with sufficient quantities. I was in the apartments, but the services provided, amenities, functionality and hospitality of all staff was over the standards. A cool location with the sea-view with all benefits, Good sound isolation. Privacy was really taken care of while designing the whole buildings, It's really you and the sea. Overall, I 've got the feeling that all staff are there to make my stay better. Really it's my new favourite spot on the mideteranean, keep up 26 of July

Normally, I expected to complain about the road noise but the isolation was efficient to give you the needed quietness .

The staff were very welcoming and helpful especially Mrs Mona Malek and Mr Mohamed El farmawy. They really made my vacation incredible.

I wish if it included breakfast 👌🏻 And I would like to report about Mr. Mahmoud the one responsible for booking and uploading pictures. How misleading and Unprofessional and rude. He shouldn’t be talking to customers Egyptians or Foreigners 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The location was excellent and it was value for money. The beach was across the hotel and Grand Hall was only 5 minutes from the hotel. Staff were very helpful., though there is language issue. The price included breakfast, but had limited vegetarian options.

Wifi was big issue as we need request password every day. Often the password wouldn't work and need to request two to three times in a day. The signal was a major issue where even mobile data would not work. The language was an issue where hardly anyone would speak english. Used Google translator to communicate.

The breakfast was lovely, The location is great. The apartment was spacious with all needed luxuries.

1- The staff at the reception were not very friendly, We faced some miss communications. 2- The last updates/modifications I have made on booking prior to my travel were not reflected to them although I had my booking confirmations, and accordingly they wrongly charged double the fees for a cancelled room . Eventfully, they discovered the mistake and refunded the extra charged amount. 3- They were not very supportive when late checkout (just a few hours) was requested, alternatively they said that in case of late check-out a full night stay feed should be paid !

A well full equipped, maintained and very large whole apartment. Comfortable beds, AC in each room. Amazing view and location Private beach with only crossing the street (there is a private traffic light for that in the front of the hotel) Delicious and widely variable breakfast Very good helpful staff Affordable room services prices

Poor sound isolation in the windows No phone signal or wifi ( only in the balcony only 1 shower in 2 bathrooms

The staff were so helpful as usual ..it was my second visit to this establishment ..and it was even better than the last time ! They added wifi service ..and you have a gym in the ground floor ( for little extra fees ) .Mr.Basem at the reception was so friendly and helpful .the rooms are very clean as usual .. of course the view is out of this world !

The wifi service needs to be adjusted a little bit ..the strength of the signal wasnt steady

The hotel staff are respectful and helpful. I noticed that they try to provide the best for visitors. The location is great, close to everything you need

Only the breakfast is repetitive and the facilities are a bit weak, in general it is acceptable

The location of the hotel is great. the staffs are super helpful and friendly specially the cleaning lady Dua'a and the reception team ( Amira, Basem and Mohammed). The apartment was big, clean and very comfortable. each room plus the dining area had view of the beach. The apartments are next to the Jewel San Stefano hotel and you get to have your breakfast in the Hotel's restaurant. As for the breakfast, and contrary to many of the reviews i read prior to booking this hotel, there is a lots of diversity in dishes. I had breakfast for 2 days and each day there were plenty of new and delicious meals to choose from. Overall, I was very satisfied with the quality, location, and comfort in this facility. Please note that this facility has a private beach and you will receive a plastic strip upon check in in order to access the private beach. However, in order to access the private beach, you need to cross the street to the other side which was okay for me.

The only thing that I would recommend to improve this facility is do maintenance and better cleaning of the elevator. the only part of the facility that didn't smell good and looked not clean is the elevator.
