We stayed at Hilton Mumbai International for three nights, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel’s aesthetic is both gorgeous and sophisticated, offering a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The staff went out of their way to be welcoming and attentive, making us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. Our room was bright, lively, and well-maintained, adding to the overall warmth of the experience. A wonderful stay that left us with beautiful memories — highly recommended!

If there’s one area that could be improved, it would be the pricing of the food menu. While every dish we tried was flavorful and well-prepared, the prices felt slightly on the higher side.

Loved the vintage architecture of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is warm and welcoming. The food is quite tasty. Don't forget to try the desserts. It's exceptional! Would love to visit again. Mr. Suyog at the reception guided us well.

Few plugs in the room were not working. I hope they fix it right away.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The entrance was lovely and all the staff outside valet parking and doing security were amazing and friendly. Location was good.

They didn't really cater to "American, Irish and English" breakfast and we ended up eating Indian breakfast all the mornings we were there. They had no bacon at breakfast at all. I had to send my husband to order as I was often ignored. Saturday and Sunday breakfast was very busy and we had to wait, if you know it's going to be busy prepare a larger area or have a spill over space. At check in we paid for a whole extra day in order to check in early but then still had to wait nearly two hours for the room, we were exhausted and should have just paid for the half day as it was after 8am when we got into the room.

We had a wonderful experience during our recent 3-night stay at the Hilton Mumbai International. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth and courteous service that made us feel welcome. The breakfast spread was exceptional each morning—both in variety and quality. A special note of appreciation to Chef Manoj, whose exquisite pastries added a delight to our breakfast. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were evident in every bite. We also deeply appreciated the outstanding service at the breakfast table from Jonas, Tyran, and Lance, who were attentive, friendly, and always willing to assist with a smile.

The room was excellent: Good size, very clean, and very well furnished. Bathroom was bigger than I expected, and very well fitted. Staff was extremely courteous and greeted and performed their duties with a smile. Checkin and checkout were super fast.

My room did not have Tea bags and was missing one cup (it was a room for 3 PAX, and there were two cups). I asked for this on phone, and was promised they would be sent. It took two more phone calls and about 20 minutes before I got them! This really was NOT a big deal for us, but I have seen hotels doing much better on this paramter. So, maybe something to improve.

Place was great, really room great, staff great and very flexible and close to airport.

Food in the restaurant was a disappointment. Prawns Tampura did not use Tampura batter, was only chilli prawns but it was nice. The Padi Thai had a super sweet brown sauce holding it together like glue and was not editable. For a top end restaurant it seemed devoid of experienced staff, certainly not the staff fault as they did their best. I would expect dishes cooked correctly with trained service staff at this type of restaurant. It was a very nicely furnished restaurant. Why go to all this expense, wonderful rooms, superb reception and front office staff and then leave a big part of the show to someone who has not been given the knowledge to serve to the same level as the rest of the product. A bit picky yes but a top end price was paid and so service was expected.

We only stayed for one night, but really enjoyed this hotel! It’s just a 5-minute drive from Terminal 2, which was super convenient for our early flight. We were pleasantly surprised to get a complimentary upgrade — the room was a few categories up from what we booked! It was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes — definitely more than your average hotel buffet. The staff were also incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our short stay. Wish we could’ve stayed longer — highly recommend if you need a place near the airport!

Hilton lives up to the name & standards. From the valet to the security to the front desk, everything was perfect. Though the early check-in could not be arranged, they made sure to upgrade my room. And since I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for a big & beautiful cake in the room. The property is really good and their food is amazing. The facilities like the swimming pool, the gym and the tropical garden on the 3rd floor was fantastic.

The shower and changing room, after you have enjoyed their swimming pool, is a little far away & you have to take a flight of stairs down. Little inconvenient for sure.

It was my first visit to Mumbai however I have stayed in many 5*hotels. I can say hilton mumbai was one of the most accommodating place. Me and my wife were travelling together and decided to stay for a night in hilton even though I had privilege in another reputed brand. I was late check-in around 10 pm I don't remember the name of the receptionist after asking Janeka,Satya n one more team member I don't remember her name. They did my check-in which was very smooth and fast. Again I forgot the name of who brought my luggage to my room he was very polite and very professional, during my stay I met my housekeeping attendant (Room no-420) "Kelvin" to whom I explained everything about the room and left two notes for him and his supervisor. In that room there are some maintenance and minor cleaning issues which can be rectified easily but again thanks to my housekeeper for making those swans and placing a welcome runner on bed. A clean lobby and restaurant where my breakfast was served. Many options but I like aaloo pratha. All the staff in the restaurant were very polite and professional. Last but not least I met "Mohona":- A pleasant smile and very happy to serve her guest.I got to know she placed that cake,fruits. She asked about my stay whether it was good. Thank you chef for making that cake and writing happy vacation ☺️. Thank you hilton team.

I just asked for a late check out but they didn't even ask how long anyway we should let our guest finish their full concern I just wanted to stay 1 additional hour and they stopped my conversation saying "NO" during my check in but it's not a issue. Hilton is a huge international brand I have stayed in Dubai and Sydney however they do have a complimentary set up with some petals and flowers 🌹but here in hilton mumbai they will charge 6000++ I left thank you notes on my bed I hope those notes reached management.
