Loved the vintage architecture of the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is warm and welcoming. The food is quite tasty. Don't forget to try the desserts. It's exceptional! Would love to visit again. Mr. Suyog at the reception guided us well.

Few plugs in the room were not working. I hope they fix it right away.

Place was great, really room great, staff great and very flexible and close to airport.

Food in the restaurant was a disappointment. Prawns Tampura did not use Tampura batter, was only chilli prawns but it was nice. The Padi Thai had a super sweet brown sauce holding it together like glue and was not editable. For a top end restaurant it seemed devoid of experienced staff, certainly not the staff fault as they did their best. I would expect dishes cooked correctly with trained service staff at this type of restaurant. It was a very nicely furnished restaurant. Why go to all this expense, wonderful rooms, superb reception and front office staff and then leave a big part of the show to someone who has not been given the knowledge to serve to the same level as the rest of the product. A bit picky yes but a top end price was paid and so service was expected.

Hilton lives up to the name & standards. From the valet to the security to the front desk, everything was perfect. Though the early check-in could not be arranged, they made sure to upgrade my room. And since I was celebrating my birthday, they arranged for a big & beautiful cake in the room. The property is really good and their food is amazing. The facilities like the swimming pool, the gym and the tropical garden on the 3rd floor was fantastic.

The shower and changing room, after you have enjoyed their swimming pool, is a little far away & you have to take a flight of stairs down. Little inconvenient for sure.

It was my first visit to Mumbai however I have stayed in many 5*hotels. I can say hilton mumbai was one of the most accommodating place. Me and my wife were travelling together and decided to stay for a night in hilton even though I had privilege in another reputed brand. I was late check-in around 10 pm I don't remember the name of the receptionist after asking Janeka,Satya n one more team member I don't remember her name. They did my check-in which was very smooth and fast. Again I forgot the name of who brought my luggage to my room he was very polite and very professional, during my stay I met my housekeeping attendant (Room no-420) "Kelvin" to whom I explained everything about the room and left two notes for him and his supervisor. In that room there are some maintenance and minor cleaning issues which can be rectified easily but again thanks to my housekeeper for making those swans and placing a welcome runner on bed. A clean lobby and restaurant where my breakfast was served. Many options but I like aaloo pratha. All the staff in the restaurant were very polite and professional. Last but not least I met "Mohona":- A pleasant smile and very happy to serve her guest.I got to know she placed that cake,fruits. She asked about my stay whether it was good. Thank you chef for making that cake and writing happy vacation ☺️. Thank you hilton team.

I just asked for a late check out but they didn't even ask how long anyway we should let our guest finish their full concern I just wanted to stay 1 additional hour and they stopped my conversation saying "NO" during my check in but it's not a issue. Hilton is a huge international brand I have stayed in Dubai and Sydney however they do have a complimentary set up with some petals and flowers 🌹but here in hilton mumbai they will charge 6000++ I left thank you notes on my bed I hope those notes reached management.

Hotel location, facilities and services were great. Breakfast was delectable with wide spread of Indian and continental food.

I am extremely disappointed by the experience with customer care numbers provided by the hotel. I tried at least 50 times on both the numbers to contact the hotel, but to my surprise, no one responded to my calls. Hotel management shall try themselves to confirm and take necessary strict action against the culprit to avoid the customers getting disappointed and skip to book the hotel due to bad experience.

Overall stay was pleasant, staff was very helpful. A huge shoutout to my housekeeper, Pankaj. Pankaj has been wonderful throughout my stay, always going the extra mile ensuing me to have a comfortable stay. Please extend my grattitude from Pankaj, from guest 133. I would also like to say thanks to Suyog, the front desk that immediately help searching for my headphones when I left it in the room, Suyog was very helpful also in providing informations about nearby places to go, and ensuring my comfort when I have a 8 hour buffer between my flight. Please help me extend my grattitude to Suyog as well.

Wifi could be better, kept getting disconnected

the bed, the room size, the bathroom. quiet place. I had a short night after landing in Mumbai, it was a nice stay to recover, and the staff was very helpful. breakfast is good, but crowded and not so large choice compared to the size of the hotel.

I had to call the hotel for cab booking, I had no answer from message. When I checked out, I was strongly requested to share my feedbacks on booking, after saying I'll do it later, the contact was almost not polite anymore. For this standard of hotel, with international customers, this is not a way of doing. So reception can be better.

Very nice rooms and facilities, very close to the airport. Special shout out to the team at the breakfast buffet - they were all very very nice and catered to my needs very quickly! Housekeeping team was also prompt and nice. Staff also assisted promptly when i needed taxis to get around the city. When my dad came to visit, staff were kind enough to promptly ask me if I needed assistance (I didn't but it was nice of them!). Overall, the staff were really good.

Slightly slow room service, had to call room service a couple of times to get staff to pick up. Check in also took longer than expected. However, both were minor issues.

The room was pretty clean and it was very convenient to have the airport close by.

Ordering room service was a hassle. They would not answer the call and when they did they weren't very friendly on the other end. Also the TV is not a smart TV so only if u have a Samsung device can u keep yourself entertained with screen sharing. Any other device won't be able to cast the screen since there is no internet connection option. I think this is a major boo 👎.
