Perfect location, right in the middle of the town with plenty of restaurants of shops within walking distance - located right on the lake so fabulous views. But the thing that stood out to us the most was the staff, nothing was too much to ask, they helped us with transport and any other queries we had. We will definitely be back ❤️

Friendly staff excellent location near bars shops restaurants and lake. Beautiful views. Beautifully decorated. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Roof pool fun with lake and mountain views and convenient bar for drinks and snacks. Used the hotels bikes to ride to the next town which was fun.

Only mirror in room was the one above the sink in bathroom. Not convenient when two people are getting ready. No hair conditioner provided so had to buy some. Receptionist said both points were being dealt with. Coffee at breakfast not great - think it was long life milk?

Outstanding staff - very friendly and always helpful. Great breakfast with (complimentary) options to choose from. Fantastic location across the bank of the Lake Garda - cross the street, take a swim, and in the heart of the city of Desenzano. Great food for dinner as well.

Nothing to complain about. For pool lovers, it could be bigger. But happy to have a rooftop pool in the heart of the city anyway. For those who are looking for a Spa/gym, look somewhere else.

The property itself was spotless clean and great location, however the staff made the biggest positive impact. We were met each morning at breakfast by the lovely Maximiliano, who was friendly and welcoming. Great selection/choice of food for breakfast. We also received assistance and recommendations from Diago RE: Renting a car & where was best to go on the lake - this was so helpful and he was so pleasant to deal with. All staff we dealt with during our stay were credit to the hotel! Highly recommend - Thank you from Ireland :)

Amazing view (see photo from our hotel room looking across to Sirmione). The location was perfect and walkable from train station. It's very close to the main tourist area so everything is 1-5mins away including the ferry to Sirmione. The hotel staff were kind enough to sort out a taxi for us for an excursion we did to Famiglia Olivini for an ebike tour and wine tasting. Exceptionally clean hotel and a lovely filling breakfast with beautiful views across the lake. Didn't try the swimming pool as although it was 20-21 degrees when we visited, the rooftop pool isn't heated and we were wimps!

The only thing was that one evening one member of the bar staff ignored us as we sat at the hotel bar. We also noticed that he was coughing a lot and not covering his mouth, so coughing over the drinks he was making for other guests. In the end we were glad he didn't acknowledge that we were waiting and left.

The location was perfect with easy access to all the shops, restaurants and the ferry. The staff at the hotel were so polite and friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The bathroom was immaculately clean and the shower nice and powerful.

My only issue was that the room was not exactly as the pictures show and was a little dated with stains on the ceiling. However, the beds were really comfortable and the room clean so it did not detract from a wonderful stay.

The aircon in the hotel wasn’t the greatest, with no aircon in the corridors. The lift is tiny so sometimes wait times can be long. The service in the restaurant during breakfast was poor for our entire stay. The man was that working was so rude and hard to get his attention or ask for tea/coffee. Everywhere else in the hotel the service was really good.

Location of hotel is excellent ,easy walking distance to town and ferry points . breakfast / dining room and terrace are beautiful , good choice of food , always well presented. Staff were exceptional. Max recognised us straight away from our last stay and couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful . Jack also went out of his way to help make our stay enjoyable . Pool was always clean and tidy and views from the roof stunning . The hotel decor, ambiance and helpful, friendly staff will certainly keep us returning to this beautiful hotel .

The location was fantastic, the hotel was lovely and the staff exceptional, friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with great bathrooms and lots of space.

There was no air con. This meant that you had to leave a window open as it was too hot to sleep. This would have been fine but the noise was awful with revving cars, and people shouting at night, but at 5.30 in the morning was bottle recycling, street cleaning, etc. had to make a choice every night of noise or heat. All would have been solved by simply turning air con on. Not sure if this didn’t work or if it was a cost saving but was told it would not be turned on until it was 20 degrees (which it was)

The location in Desenzano was perfect, right on the lake and just a couple of minutes away from the restaurants, shops and ferry. The rooms and lobby were nicely designed. The staff were very helpful in printing some documents we needed and calling cabs for us.

There is no coffee available in the room. Going down and up four floors just to get a cup of coffee in the morning is never ideal. Fresh juice with breakfast would have been appreciated.
