Breakfast was exactly what we expected.. The manager Dawn and staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even gave us yogurt&snacks on our arrival from the breakfast items when it was NOT breakfast time!!🥰 Pool was clean, and room was also!! Our room did NOT have a fridge, BUT it wasn’t a problem because the front desk just kept our items that needed a fridge up in theirs they had at the front desk area!!!😎🤩 They treated us with utmost respect and kindness and we truly appreciated it and their level service and hospitality!! (We usually stay at Marriott - SpringHill Suites there in Bend, but this time we gave a shot at Super 8 Motel.. and were treated so wonderfully… made us feel like family♥️) Thank you, ~The Wolfes~

There was really nothing we didn’t like… Maybe that the pool wasn’t open later than 9pm for children… considering, nobody else was in the pool OR wanted in the pool and we had to get out at 9pm with an upset toddler due to the time… cuz even though the pool was open til 10pm children were to be out of the pool by 9pm and nobody was there to be in it from 9-10pm.. 😕 Our 3.5 yr old grand kiddo would have understood more, if we could have allowed them to swim UNTIL people showed up to swim… and then they would have had to get out. (We had been out in town until 8:20pm.. so they weren’t able to swim too long during out stay)🫤

Everything was easy to navigate and the staff were helpful. The property was clean inside and out.

I didn't like that on my booking.com confirmation the address of the motel was incorrect by a 40 minute difference. The directions and address provided took me to a non existent location in Redmond, OR. I had to backtrack 20 miles to get the correct location which I acquired from the front desk agent. She apologized profusely and does not understand why the address shows the old location instead of the new.

We went to Bend for a music festival at the Deschutes County Fairgrounds, so the drive to and from was good, and on the days we did not attend the festival, the hotel was the perfect distance for day trips to Sisters, white water rafting, and fabulous breweries. The staff was exceptional! So friendly!!!!

Overall, our stay was great, and even though everything WAS clean, it didn't necessarily APPEAR super clean, but that probably has more to do with how old the facilities are. Again, it was definitely clean -- perhaps they are due for a few more upgrades/updates with remodeling.

Breakfast was OK. Could use some pancakes/eggs/ sausages / hot food. Coffee was amazing. Room was clean, the place was in a great location, staff available 24/7, they called us to make sure our room was ok, roomservice was swift and got us what we needed. No complaints!

Apple maps and their emailed address took me to two different locations. The only reason I finally found the hotel was because I called them and they explained what the correct address. They have not fixed this issue with apple maps and don't seem to be motivated to. Google maps also got the address wrong.

My stay was good. I can’t complain. The staff was very nice and very friendly and they remembered my name. I stayed for 5 weeks and they made sure every week when I came back that I had a room with a microwave and a fridge. Thank you for the stay.

Only bummer was for 1 and a half weeks the pool and hot tub were down. But that was because of remodel and when they were done the hot tub and pool looked very nice!

Jaimee made this whole experience wonderful. She accommodated my need to swim while providing an accessible room. The stairs between the room and the breakfast room and the pool were a challenge, but she gave us options that worked.

No electrical outlets next to the bed, shower difficult to turn on, stairs.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were perfect and clean. The continental breakfast was perfect. All of the for the price, we would absolutely recommend and come back.

I liked that the room was clean. Also great value.

The breakfast room could use some work. Went to the spa, and the maintenance man is pouring chemicals in as people are sitting in it relaxing. Very unprofessional. No communication of what he was doing, he just did it and walked away.

Your staff is wonderful. The manager, Dawn, is fabulous, she's professional, friendly, just a great lady. she just may be the one thing that brings us back to Super 8 everytime we need a safe, friendly place to stay.

It’s nice, especially for the price! Everything is clean and no questionable odors. One guest in our group thoroughly enjoys the pool and hot tub, although on this visit, the pool was cold. so she enjoyed the hot tub.

So much is good, it was hard to not notice old and worn carpeting, particularly on a set of stairs going up to the desk on the first floor. Not enough to deter future visits, just something we think is in the works for eventual updating. So much has been done already, I foresee new carpeting soon!
