I stayed at La Quinta for several weeks when my home was destroyed by Hurricane Helene. The staff were very generous about my two dogs. My room was very convenient to an outer door and a doggie bathroom area. The breakfast was great. The hotel was very clean my room was comfortable. I didn't use the pool, but it looked very nice and was wheelchair accessible. Staff was friendly. I would certainly stay there again.

The only thing that bothered me: my room was very dark and could have used some extra light. Even with the desk and bedside lamp it was too dark to see well.

Jeff, the general manager has been a familiar face for all the years I've stayed at this hotel. He remembers every detail of what I am looking for re: room choice. The coffee choices are outstanding, they even have the dark roast I prefer. The location is very safe.

Although the shower head has different options, I wish it had a stronger stream. Also, the breakfast choices could be better, the egg patties are pretty lame. Someone had left the bedside alarm programed so it rudly wakened me at 5 am.

The hotel was very quiet and in good location to reach our business meeting. The staff were polite and had great customer service skills.

The propriety needs some remodeling, in my opinion, to get rid of the carpet. Breakfast was chaotic. Only one staff member is doing everything. She went above and beyond to get all the requests done, but it was impossible to keep up the pace.

Breakfast was good. Very updated and clean.

Thought we were booking with La Quinta but it went through Hotelplanner.com which was a nightmare. Advertised price of $95 for one night after checking out, total was $183 non refundable after payment. They refused refund and disputed with cc company. Be very careful when booking with La Quinta. This has nothing to do with Booking.com with whom we rebooked with.

The room was clean. The man who checked me in was friendly.

I wish the breakfast could have been until 9:30. I felt rushed. Kind of a blah breakfast selection. Eggs didn’t have any taste. No real pastries. Would like 2 have had bacon. More fruit choices. The room seemed kind of bare with just the king bed & a chair in the corner & TV with a stand.

It’s centrally located, many things around, not far drive to multiple beaches or quick shot over the bridges to Tampa for Busch gardens or Adventure island. Jeff the manager is excellent with service even when he’s got a line of customers waiting to check in or out. The owner is awesome as well along with the rest of the crew who operate, and take care of it.

Location is sort of far from everything, with traffic it felt like it took 25-35 mins drive to get to downtown and to Skyway Beach everyday. Breakfast is very basic continental.

Hotel and room were very clean, Location close to Hwy but easily passed by because of no signage other than on the face of the building. Easy to get to airport, Clearwater Beach. Area was quite wasn't bothered by noise from highway. Breakfast not much, eggs, turkey sausage and muffins, a mini waffles you make yourself

Bed was just alitte to firm for our liking. Use to sleeping on a pillow top mattress so just a matter of preference.

The room was spacious.

There wasn't air conditioning in the lobby or the hallways. The chair in my room was hard and uncomfortable. The tub/shower did not have a soap holder, causing me to have to bend over and take the soap/shampoo off of the tub edge, which felt unsafe.

Great value, clean hotel, easy to find and park. The general manager was very friendly upon check-in. Nice sized room with everything you need. Would stay here again!

Breakfast doesn't have the best selection and ran out of plates each day, although the fresh waffles were a nice touch! I was a bit cold at night due to the AC and thin sheet. Would be great if you could regulate it yourself. I wish the guests respected the hotel's no smoking policy!
