The room was a nice size and nicely decorated and well appointed, only missing a fridge. There was a kettle and nice coffee and tea. The bed was very comfortable and the room a good temperature. You can open the window slightly for ventilation if preferred. The hotel was nicely decorated and well kept. I was surprised at how lovely and quiet it was in the bedroom- very peaceful. It is in a good location. A short walk from town and George’s market is nearby and well worth a visit. The hotel is right next to the river so great for a morning run along the path, or a nice walk.

No gym, no fridge in room

Secure parking & always a space available during our 4ngt stay, I'd booked a twin room by mistake but at check in they offered us a double instead. The room was very spacious & comfortable. We had one evening meal, four breakfasts & some drinks from the bar, All very good. Only a 10min walk to city centre bars & shops.

The bathroom was a disabled set up, So the basin area was very low for a 5ft 10 adult. The sealing strip along the bottom of the shower screen was missing so the floor got very wet when showering. Lowest we could get the air con was 19deg C. Having the window open helped but also let outside noise in,

All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful when we needed anything (eg: Asking directions / booking a taxi). Allowed us an early check in as the room was available when we asked to store our bags before check in. Very clean. Room was a great size. I made a special request for a picture to be placed in our room as a joke on my partner and they put in 3 of them. We both loved it. Within walking distance of everything we needed.

Nothing. The only minor hiccup was that the room only had hand towels but this was sorted immediately and with an apology when I asked the lady at reception for larger ones.

Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful Loved the decor and this was my first time saying since everything was done up and loved the new changes and feel. Stayed over 2 nights as had my Xmas dinner and team night out. The price was really good for the room I booked and already plan to do again for next night out as it takes the hassle of taxis etc out for me. I also loved the little extras like welcome sweet and bottled water in the room. These touches definitely came in handy the next morning.

Nothing everything was great

Friendly reception on arrival. Beautiful decor on ground floor with quiet breakout areas and excellent bar.

The only disappointment was breakfast as it felt a little chaotic. I think it could be better organised. They ran out of bowls so friend had to serve greek yoghurt with fruit on a saucer. Friend then returned with cooked breakfast consisting of fried egg and mushrooms as more bacon, sausages, beans & potato bread had to be cooked. There was no marmalade or brown bread bread either. On plus side the breakfast itself which I managed to get was delicious.

We had a wonderful stay on Wednesday night. On check in when asked if we were doing anything nice, I explained we were up for an operation in the morning at the RVH. The young man on reception was so kind and upgraded us to a junior suite. He made my we bots day and distracted from what he had ahead of him the next day. The room was fab. We had lots of space to spread out and relax as he said. You made a trip very special. I don’t get your name but thank you. He even said that we could take a box of fruit and pastries with us in morning as Thomas had to fast.

The property is big and spacious. The rooms were comfortable and decent sized. The restaurant was beautiful and had a big spread for the breakfast. This place is very near to the city as the cab took £7. I was travelling alone with my 8months and 4 years old. The staff members went over and beyond to help me with my kids while I was having my meal. All of them were courteous and friendly. They even packed a breakfast bag for no cost since we had to leave early next morning. Loved this place.

From the outside, the hotel looks pleasant but unexceptional however, that all changes when you enter the foyer. All I can say is 'wow'! The modern, minimalistic decor is beautiful and and there's a nice vibe throughout. The only thing I can really criticise is the bathroom. Whilst the rooms have been given a face lift and are lovely and modern, the bathroom seems to have been neglected (a few lose bits around shower and bath fittings) but that is really the only criticism I have. Thanks for a lovely stay

Bathroom could do with a little TLC.

Staff and location was great

When booking i booked for 3 adults with a certain price but when paying its a extra 35 pound for a fold away bed and as they say its in the fine print im sorry but when booking for 3 adults and giving a price it should be that. And the to have to pay for parking ten pounds a hotel in republic of ireland would not charge any amount of money to the customers
