The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly. It was located in a good location. Prices were good and most of all reasonable.

Although the room was cool from the heat, it stayed damp from time to time. Food needs to be upgraded. Change your pancakes to waffles sometimes. Have both types of meat, turkey and pork or beef and pork or whichever works. Cranberry juice had no taste at all. Scrambled eggs that don't taste like water, Greek yogurt is better than the one you had there. Bananas for breakfast are better from time to time. Oatmeal packages would be good also, not just grits. The pool needs to be cleaned out at least once a week.

The room was really nice, the beds were comfortable and overall was a nice experience. The water pressure in our room was amazing. I loved how there was Dove shampoo, Dove conditioner, Dove body wash and Dove lotion in big bottles, not those small individual travel size toiletries. They have coffee and hot chocolate for you anytime. They had shelves with snacks for you to buy anytime beside the check-in.

The breakfast was o.k. the pancakes were alright, I liked the oatmeal. The other stuff may have been better if we got down earlier, so I can't really critique it. They had OJ and milk, which was good. It was nice and clean.

Room was clean and beds comfy, breakfast had hot and cold options, staff friendly. Sufficient free parking and great central location for us, close to Perimeter Mall, restaurants, friends, family etc.

Comfortable stay, a few items to be addressed- toilet handle very loose, only hot water from bathroom sink (in 2nd room). Water pressure in room with shower/ wchr access was very high, which caused a bit of water to flow onto bathroom floor. however a quick fix with towels. Also the fridge temp was so cold (great on a hot day) that some of our food/ drinks were actually frozen solid.

My room was spacious and clean. The staff was kind and extremely accommodating. Breakfast was on time and had great variety. The elevators moved like a breeze, which is impressive with sold out nights and 8 floors. I never waited too long to get on or off. The hotel itself is pretty clean and decently kept. I am extremely grateful to have enjoyed a comfortable stay!

In a double queen room, the mattresses were different. So, one bed was quite a bit more comfortable than the other. Still very sleep-able. There’s a serious pot hole entering the parking garage and someone’s innards on lovely display near the trash can… I guess they had a hell of a night. There are also some old appliances in the parking garage that could be removed. These were my biggest issues and as you can see, they didn’t overwhelmingly affect my stay.

I've now stayed here several times and will always choose this hotel in the future as well. The front desk staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The whole hotel is very clean and quiet. The beds and especially pillows are comfortable as well. The TV is large with a great variety of channels. The breakfast is so much better than many hotels and has everything you could want from eggs to rolls to yogurt and more.

The handicapped parking is difficult to access since it is right where the arrivals park for check-in. If there are cars parked there, it is not possible to get into the parking spaces.

Somewhat of the comfort and location.

I was disturbed when I was approached by an outsider that said the staff at this location weren't actual employees of IHG. Also, it was further explained that the staff is wearing prosthetics to appear Caucasian and other identities to hide who they are. I was there due to the storm on the Coast, I was tired so I went back to my room. It could have been reported, you might check to see if any other guest was affected by this disturbance.

This is the 3rd time staying at the hotel, and the rooms are always clean and they have a great breakfast as well. The staff from the front desk to the housekeeping has been great as well. Love the location as it fits my needs. Will definitely be staying here again.

In 2 of the last 3 stays, I noticed some bugs crawling on my computer screen while I was in bed. I don't know if they were bed bugs or not. I had no bites, but the room itself was very clean.

Nice room, friendly staff. Full size shampoo, conditioner and hand soap/body wash provided in the bathrooms which was a pleasant surprise. Main bed was comfortable.

Doors open/close very loudly so if someone next door opens in the middle of the night, the whole floor hears it. Sofa bed is extremely uncomfortable. Extra pillows would have been nice since the room was booked for 4 people.

Great location and value for the money, beds were pretty comfy, staff was friendly. Free parking was great, parking garage was well lit and felt safe and there was plenty of room. Lots of food options close by.

Tv came and went when it was raining, rooms could be updated, and some other guests were loud at times. Nothing terrible.

I loved the omelets, scrambled eggs, sausages, cinnamon rolls, and fruit! I loved that the gym actually had functioning treadmills, bike, and free weights so I could get in a good workout! The beds were comfortable! The staff were friendly and eager to help!

We checked in too late to go swimming so we were going to swim in the morning but pool hours were 10pm-10am. My son loves pancakes so he was disappointed that the pancake machine wasn't working.
