Breakfast was delicious, a varied selection of cereals, fruits and breads. The bed was so comfortable and the hosts were quick to reply to our communication.

The location initially seemed a bit dodgy, but we soon found our way around and it was fine. The language barrier between Portuguese and English was a bit of an issue but we were able to get the messages passed eventually. Where the map says to go on the address is actually around the back of the property so it was a bit of a hassle to get to the right part and gain access.

-Very comfy beds -Great hosts, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and very kindly gave us a lift to the titanic museum which was very much appreciated. - Very accomodating if you have a food allergy. - Lovely and clean. - Personal touches in the room making it very homely.

- It felt a bit strange sharing the apartment with other people, not the usual B&B set up we were used to but it didn't affect our stay and would stay again

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was a very generous, buffet style breakfast which we loved. It was very conveniently located, only a short walk from the river Lagan and a ten minute walk into the city centre. Parking the car was easy too.

When we arrived, we were put off by the stark look of the apartment block in a scruffy looking street. Don't let this put you off, inside it was lovely!

When I booked it said it was a two bedroom apartment and did not state that we would be sharing with others. I did not know that I was only booking one bedroom and someone else could book the other bedroom. No one did book while we were there so we didn't need to share the apartment.

Apartment much bigger than expected. Apartment was clean. Arrived early due to plane times, and apartment was ready for us. Staff easily contactable by phone and very helpful

Some taxi drivers had problems finding the location No hot water on last day, so not able to have a shower before our flight back to England Continental breakfast mainly sweet options - e.g. croissants, current cake

It was a lovely room with everything we needed. Parking inside the building.

We had quite a wait outside to meet our host, but he was up early to let us out the next morning since we were parked in the parking garage underneath. It was a bit further from the city center than we would have liked but very close to the water to walk to the sights.

Spotless apartment safe and secure lovely lady greeted us plenty of snacks breakfast provided beautiful bedroom really happy with everything and will definitely book again and have recommended it to friends.

Check in was a bit difficult - was a bit scared when nobody answered the door. Had to ring the number on the booking.

Desi was a great host. Apartment was great, 10 mins walk from central Belfast bars and restaurants. 5 minutes drive from ferry port.

lovely rooms, very convenient to go to the city centre. The breakfast is already in the room and you have plenty of things to eat. I totally recommend a place.
