It is a beautiful property with a tasteful interior design. It is clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent, and more hotels in Vilnius should follow this example. The bar had great cocktails. The staff was knowledgeable and polite.

There was no iron in the room, and the room was a bit too small for a king-size bed. Two persons couldn't be in the room simultaneously besides sleeping. Also, their kitchen was closing at 10 p.m.! I have traveled worldly, and I have never experienced a 5-star hotel that doesn't have a late menu. I arrived late and couldn’t order anything to eat. I saw the same issue with other guests. I understand they won’t want to run a full kitchen late, but they should provide a basic late menu for their guests. Its a must.

Great location and absolutely stunning interiors. The building itself is worth walking around and seeing. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. The breakfast was very nice with plenty of options of quality food. The room was spacious, clean and pretty. The bathroom had well-heated tiles, which was really nice. The high quality shampoo and body wash provided was also nice. The bed was large and very comfortable. The room also had some gym equipment (resistance strings and roll) for in-room workouts. The sauna was also quite nice.

The room wasn't ready yet even though we arrived after the normal check-in hours. The SPA activities included in the room price were limited - it was basically just a sauna and a hammam. We expected a swimming pool. The hotel bar had a very limited selection of signature cocktails. Their menu was nice, but they told us that's outdated and the new menu only had 3 drinks, one of which was not available at the time. We were told the old menu was seasonal (winter season) and it hadn't been updated properly yet, which was weird, considering it was August already. And truly strange that the summer season would have a much more limited cocktail selection.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel PACAI in the heart of Vilnius Old Town, and honestly—what a perfect experience! From the moment you walk through the gate, there’s this elegant atmosphere and a subtle, lovely scent that follows you all the way to reception. The staff were incredibly kind, cheerful, and always ready to help with a smile. My room was spacious, spotless, and offered a charming view—definitely felt like a touch of luxury. The spa session was just what I needed to unwind, super relaxing. And the breakfast… oh, that omelette! You could genuinely die for the taste. Yes, the price is a bit higher than some other options around, but it’s absolutely worth every cent. If you're looking for comfort, elegance, and a memorable stay in Vilnius, Hotel PACAI is the place.

Exactly as pictured, it is a beautiful historic building right in the city center. The decor lacks perhaps some personality as it looked like any generic luxury boutique hotels (could have been in Rome, could have been in New York... nothing screams "welcome to Vilnius" here) which is a sad missed opportunity when you have a building with a lot of history. Other than that, it is spotless, and the staff was just adorable and welcoming (smiling at you every time you walk passed the reception... they were the best). Nothing to declare also with the room. It is spacious, the amenities are perfect, but it coud have used a real table or desk.

I am sorry but a 5 stars hotel means a 5 stars service, and the room service / food is their downfall. On my first night, there was no room service because we were past a certain hour (it should be 24/7 for a 5 stars hotel, that is the rule). On the second night, I ordered it but though an app system that does not work. I had to call one hour later to make sure my food was getting ready, and it turned out to be extremely pricey for the quality and portion size anyway (but beautiful dinnerware). I simply ate outside the other nights. When everything else is so spot on, it is too bad to fail at something this basic but it needs to be said. I really hope they will fix this.

The staff, the history, the smell / aesthetics and the cleanness.

Our room was extremely dark. I booked a larger room for our family, but we still got a relatively small and dark room, even with the lights on we felt as if we are in a cave, so it kind of demotivated us from staying in the room a lot.

Very pleasant experience. Loved the stairs, prefer to lift (would never discover if lit would be used). Beautiful halls and foae. Bathroom was my favourite the dark brown one.

I had the room in last upper stair I guess. The ones, which were not showed in pictures prior booking the room. I chose double room, and got non of shown in the pictured, unfortunately. Room has these ceilings across the most of the room which I never liked. It’s charming but not comfortable - makes room smaller. There was no bath just shower. I would like bath better. And I like a lot of light, but there is no much light. Even turning up all the light possible it was too dark.

Location in the center, very design hotel, fragrance of the hotel smells very good (when you enter in courtyard you already smell pleasure), very comfortable place inside hotel and room, the bath was very comfortable and beautiful. The cosmetics for shower from England are very good. Even the slippers are softer than in other hotels. For introverts - better place!

Staff was very stretched, spa wasn't the best in my life (you need the pool/jacuzzi, hammam was cold), I know what I say, I'm a big lover of spa. Very difficult to open Internet on TV, I like to see films/serials evening

Breakfast provides a la carte menu and additionally offers a great buffet. It was delicious, plenty to choose from and the staff was wonderful. The spa is small, indeed, but because of it, you can spend time in the exquisite place alone with your other half, not being bothered by anyone else. The staff is polite and helpful with anything you may ask for. We were staying for one night but after arriving almost immediately decided to stay for another day after such an excellent check-in process. The hotel is beautiful and cared for, the corridors and other facilities speak for itself. We enjoyed every minute and didn't want to go out, feeling so relaxed and cozy. The location was great with many bars and restaurants nearby, along with sightseeing places to spend time outside. It was also a convenient location because of a lot of nearby parking spots for carsharing cars.

Everything was worth its money.

Best time ever! There are no words to describe the experience at this hotel. We came to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and it was the best choice. Everything was top notch and I will definitely be back!!! Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted by a very kind staff with a welcome drink, helped to carry our luggage to the room. And a compliment was waiting in the room - a cremant bottle with macaroons (very warm and nice surprise). The room is a spaceship for me as an interior designer (in a good way). It was an aesthetic delight at every turn. SPA - very quiet, peaceful with very nice staff. No pools or any other water treatments, but completely unnecessary. The massage was one of the best in my life (Seriously. I had neck pain for two weeks and a 40-minute massage completely removed it - huge thanks). Restaurant - at a very high level. Very well balanced flavors and the visual presentation of each dish is high class. You can see that the cooks have trained abroad and are highly knowledgeable! I recommend to try tuna tartare - it was something! I recommend everyone to stay here - one of the best places!

Hotel is in a very good location, very beautiful and posh, nice bar, spa and restaurant. The staff are fantastic, very friendly and very helpful. Syed at the reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly, can see the guy knows how to look after the customers, the hotel management are very lucky to have him. I wish I catch the names of the staff at the bar and restaurant, extremely pleased with them.

I’ve ordered a bigger room and paid extra, however the room was actually smaller than one I had at the other hotel where I paid only £280 and here I paid £1200. Was disappointed with that.
