Friendly staff, although we speak English and they spoke Italian and we had use google translate both ways they tried their best and we were able to communicate. Good location, only a 10-20 minute walk to the main attractions in Pisa - easy to access the train station which we required and a short and enjoyable walk to the main base of Pisa (check out Pizzateca for Pizza and Pasta it’s lovely and staff very hospitable!) Hotel had beers and drinks for sale at low prices, the coffee was belissimo! Water was provided free of charge and we felt comfortable and looked after. Food was available but we did not sample so cannot comment but appeared to have a good array of pastries. Would definetly stay here again if we needed a stop over before travelling further into Tuscany. Taxi was approx €10 from the station and again €10 from the tower (you can walk but we were hot and tired from a days travel.)

Only downside was no air con, but there was a fan to use so in summer room was very hot despite the fan but again I believe that this is to be expected in Pisa so no reason to complain about this. The bathroom shower did not drain very well which may have caused issues for a more prolonged stay but again no cause to complain about this as we were only here for one night.

We chose this place because it's close to Pisa Airport, making it convenient for our early flight. The family room is reasonably priced, though a bit smaller than expected for four people. It's also a short drive to the Pisa Tower.

We couldn't sleep well due to traffic noise outside the window, and the bed was uncomfortable. If you have a car, be aware that parking is only free after 8 PM, otherwise, you'll incur additional fees.

Hotel is very clean and hosts were very kind. Waited for us outside of check-in hours and even gave my kids a small bag of candy.

Very hot in the summer. Good fan but maybe not enough for more than 2 people since the fan has to swivel to cover everyone. Opening windows would mean street noise and mosquitoes.

The room provided the facilities we needed. It is within a walking distance from the Pisa Centrale train station. Restaurants, bars, the scenic river walk nearby the location. Above all, the owner was very friendly and accommodating.

Not really about the hotel, but since the public transport not as good as Rome we find to go to Pisa Leaning tower bit far😁 but city center so close

We had let them know we would be arriving past midnight and they were available to help us check in. The private bathroom was a plus. Room was hot and free standing fan was appreciated. Good value for money. Ideally located. Approximately 20 minute walk from the airport and then about 30 minutes walk to The Leaning Tour of Pisa.

The property was very clean, the staff were exceptional in or requirements.

The only negative I can give with this property was that the staff did not speak a word of English, however being that we were in. Italy it is difficult to class this as a negative.

Could have done with 2 fans in the room for the size and number of people....but it was exceptionally hot!

Close to the airport, nice 20 minutes walk, friendly staff, beautiful coffee shop just few steps from hotel for breakfast. Very comfortable beds.

Smell from toilet's pipes

It was near pisa Centrale by walking distance. It was clean and had clean shower area.

3 things i want to highlight, 1. Noise and Ventilation issues (especially in winters) 2. Toilet Door is a folding door without lock. You have to take care if other companion is not coming in. 3. Very less lightning. (It is usual in italy but they has alot less lightning)
