Cozy and clean rooms and toilet, not far from the center. I recommend!

1) When we arrived, we didn't know how to get inside. It’s better to send login instructions in advance) 2) The air conditioner is blocked at a temperature of +25 and I woke up at night because of the stuffiness, I tried to turn on the air conditioner but it did not work. I had to open the window, but a kitten was screaming there) And then the air conditioner suddenly started working and I had to get up and close the window. As a result, I didn't get enough sleep. Adjust your air conditioner settings! 3) 1 toilet for 4 rooms

The location was nice. The kitchen and the room was also very good. I also give bonus points for the stafff for giving us a detailed description on how to get to get inside our rooms in the middle of the night on our own.

Unfortunately the bed was a matress on top of 2 single beds pushed together. This made the bed very soft. Felt like sleeping in a marshmallow. This is not necessarily a problem for everyone, up for preference. The shower door was a little moldy, and the water went down the drain slowly, so we had to hurry with the shower, so it would not overflow.

Sweet breakfast plus coffee or tea. But there is a kitchen and you can make your own breakfast however you want. We had a late flight and could leave our luggage at reception until the evening, which was nice.

Everything's fine. The wine corkscrew needs to be replaced, but it would be useful because this is Italy :-)

The accomodation is great, we had a room with our own bathroom. All the sightseeings are in a walking distance. There are a few good options for a brekfast with different juices and great coffee/tea. Just text them 30 min or 1h before your arrival (or call them) to get the information about the check in.

The location was in a quiet place in Pisa. Everything that you may need is in a 10 minute walk. Comfortable beds and quiet neighbours, exactly what is necessary for a good night sleep.

If we take a look at it from the price point, there is nothing better for the same price anywhere else (compared to the places we looked at). But it would be nice to have a bit more options for breakfast :)

Even though no one was there to guide us, proper instructions were given before check-in. Breakfast was there in the kitchen and we got some good varieties of cakes and snacks. A washing machine was also there in the toilet and it was also clean. The rooms were also good and had enough blankets. The only issues was that we didn't have enough plug points.

We really liked our stay here. The house is very clean and quiet. The rooms are tidy, there are no loud noises around. You have bus nearby but can also walk by foot. The breakfast is small sweet stuff but it's fair for the price. All in all we had a great time and we recommend. If you plan to stay out all day and have something so come and just sleep to...this is a great choise. The bathroom is also clean and tidy, you also have hair drier

The only thing that we didn't like is that the large bed has a really really soft matress. For us it was ok and we didn't mind it that much buy if you have back problems, then you will not be able to sleep properly.

Close to the attractions we wanted to see Descent size, clean, shared kitchen with coffee, we stayed in room #3 Good value for the money
