This was our second stay at Pacific palms resort and as before it was wonderful. Check in was easy with Andy and he had an upstairs apartment for us as requested and had even upgraded us which was a fantastic surprise! We had a lovely view over the pool. Apartment was very clean and beds very comfortable. Pool was nice and warm and hot tub delightful. Excellent location next to shops, restaurants and easy walk to beautiful Papamoa beach. We where meant to stay only 3 nights but where enjoying ourselves so much we ended up staying another 2! We'll be back again soon : )

The Location, it was close to everything we needed, shops the plaza, food places and the beach and the service was amazing, the room was lovely and clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved having a washing machine and dryer in the room and was able to go home without a load of dirty washing.

The only down side was the pool not being open due to the maintenance, however we were advised prior to arriving and did not affect our stay too much as the spa was lovely. We look forward to another stay!

Quiet location near Pak n Save, Papamoa Plaza. Secure parking. Good comfortable beds. Quality kitchen appliances. Strong heat pump. Clean and well presented. Coffee press and nice coffee. Fully equipped with washer and drier. Spacious apartment, including a balcony overlooking the pool. Great for a self-contained holiday. The bonus was a full-size bathtub.

While it had 4 comfortable beds, the 5th was just a 3 seat sofa. Would have preferred a convertible sofa bed. Still adequate.

Everything was perfect. We had a very relaxing family weekend. The pool was great, our apartment was very spacious and had a nice kitchen and separate laundry which made our stay super comfortable. Right next to papamoa plaza so Supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bars - everything was within walking distance. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach. And most importantly, staff were very accommodating and the whole place had a very relaxed atmosphere. We loved the pool. Definitely going back!

Apartment 43 was excellent and spacious for me and my family. The Beds were comfy. The pool was great only pool temperature could have been little warmer but again was great. We love the location very convenient to the shops and plaza.

Would be great be if there was more than one spa, quiet few people were using the spa and we couldn't had a proper chance to use it. There was one family of two adults and two kids who were constantly booking time to use the pool, I would say every 2nd hour they put their room number on the booking list. At one stage while we were in the spa we were told by this same family to move since it was their turn. We didn't made any big deal out of it since we had our kids around, so we got out of the spa. But the looks of it they were hoarding the spa through out.

My mum and i flew over from Aus to surprise our family for my cousins 21st, we originally only booked for a 1 night stay and as soon as we walked in the front door, it just felt so homely, i went straight back to the office and booked an extra night. It was honestly so amazing, it was nice and warm ( we fly over in july so it was cold for us haha ) can not fault our stay at all. The only downfall was having to leave haha! Loved it so much I have rebooked for January next year for a weeks stay with my little family and i can not wait to bring them. They are going to love it just as much as i did 😊 Thank you!!!!!

I took my grandchildren for a night after a bereavement in the family. They absolutely loved the apartment, the pool and the hot tub. With everything in walking distance made this a wonderful night away. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, beds were very comfortable shower was great. The carpets plush, the balcony is covered with table and chairs and the extra towels were a bonus. Highly recommend this property

The only addition would be hooks in the spacious bathroom to hang clothes on.

Check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The 2bdrm apartments were very spacious and great for a family of five and allowed us to have friends visit with lots of space. The pool was warm enough for a swim at the end of April and the BBQ facilities were great.

The pull out sofa bed would not be good for anyone other than a child. Our 10yr old was ok on it but our 12yr old would have struggled.

The location was super convenient. Very close to restaurants, supermarkets, and stores. The apartment itself catered to our needs. Very clean. My babies thoroughly enjoyed their stay, especially the pool and spa. My husband enjoyed the little spot outside with chairs and table to chill out. Both washing machine and dryer were very handy during our stay. Staff are also friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to have another 2 guests come over for 2 nights, super happy with customer service. My family and I loved it here, will be back!

There's nothing to fault with our stay other than the pool needing to be a little more heated than it was 😃

The property was very clean and tidy, especially the pool and spa area. The gardens were lovely and the property overall was quiet. It was convenient to the shops, food outlets and supermarkets so no need to go into town for anything.

Just that the bubbles on the spa pool didn't work, they were just on a very low, barely working bubble and we couldn't see anywhere to adjust them.
