The rooftop pool and bar is a great concept. The staff was always very kind and accommodating.

The pool seemed to be a little dirty, water wise, and there was a filter system located by the stairs that sucked water out, but while we were up there we saw (and it happened to us) where the suction was so strong it pulls you in and left a bruise on my boyfriend and I. I also always do a bed inspection wherever I go, but my boyfriend and I got flea or bed bug bites all over our feet and legs. I know this is probably a Dallas thing, but the rooftop bar was quite pricy, and we found it frustrating that the bartenders forgot to let us know there is already 20% gratuity included, so until our 3rd day there we were tipping 40% which on alcohol is just wild.

It's an interesting neighborhood with lots to do nearby. We really enjoyed the DJ/pool party on the rooftop with great city views and cold drinks! The room was spotless clean with a nice big bathroom and great downtown views. Super comfy bed with comfortable linens.

Parking is tight, but seemed secure if you are lucky enough to get a spot in the lot next to the hotel.

The front desk staff were great! The room itself was HUGE with a very beautiful view.

The shower was a little dirty and you can tell that some of the appliances are a little old. The location isn’t in the nicest area but it’s not terrible and still in the city

Great location - easy to get into the downtown area. We enjoyed both the lower level restaurant and the upstairs bar during our stay. Our server for breakfast was GREAT and provided us with several local tips for sightseeing and making the most of our day in Dallas.

Even though we were the only ones for breakfast, it took quite a while for the food to come out, and we were served with pre-packaged jelly, butter and syrup as if we had ordered room service. Unfortunately, the fire alarm went off at 6 am. Many hotel guests made their way down the stairs and outside, however, hotel staff did not communicate with us outside. When we saw the firefighters leave many of us went into the lobby and asked if we could head up to our rooms. A gentleman said no and the person behind the front desk said yes, then shrugged. I am hopeful that the alarm (due to the elevators) was a reminder to hotel staff to have systems and processes in place, including providing hotel guests with important information.

Loved the style and vibe of the whole hotel. The bar, lobby, and room were all really nice. All the staff we dealt with were wonderful. Theres a coffee shop across the street and is 2 blocks from the concert venue we were in the area for so we just walked to and from the concert, so it was the perfect location for our stay.

We loved the hotel and enjoyed our stay but a few observations There wasn't a microwave in the room, the bed I slept on had a worn out spot that a lot of older mattresses get when people sleep in the same spot over and over, and lastly the hotel shares a parking lot with a bar so the music from it was kinda loud. It didn't bother us much just something I noticed and I know it's something that would bother others.

Marissa at the front desk was AMAZING. The hotel was clean and location is optimal. The rooftop lounge is breathtaking.

We parked in the hotel parking lot Friday for our weekend stay. As we were packing up to leave, we were confronted by a young, skinny valet that said the entire parking lot was "valet only" and we needed to move our car immediately. I had previously asked about parking and was told there was no issue with where we parked. We explained this to the valet but he stood there telling us to leave now. We went back to get the rest of our things and check out. The valet had blocked us in with cones. Everything else about this stay was fantastic but the altercation soured my experience. We were not treated respectfully as paying guests.

It was conveniently located to downtown, just a 5 min uber to everything. The rooftop pool and bar area was really nice. Our room was pretty spacious and cool industrial design. There was a hookah spot as soon as you stepped out the front door, a chicken and waffle brunch spot right across the street and a really dope coffee shop with amazing drinks and espresso martinis right next door.

It wasn’t in the nicest part of town but still not bad. The pool was extremely small and the rooms were a little stuffy and humid.

The overall vibe is great. The room was really clean, nice decorated and spacious. Loved the rooftop pool as well as the billiards and shuffleboard downstairs.

Two things I found quite frustrating unfortunately one was that there was constant sound of running water in pipes in the room. The other was that the chromecast in the room didn’t work and it had a tamper proof box to stop anyone resetting it. Also the location is pretty close to the city via train/uber but there isn’t a huge range of places to eat near the hotel.

Loved this property staff was exceptional. From front desk, to bellmen, to bar staff, cleaning person car valet person. My nights here were perfect. Loved the spacious room and rooftop areas. Absolutely felt safe with police office across the street as well.

I didn’t like no hotel parking and during the conference we didn’t have enough shuttles I had to walk a few times but luckily the wasn’t too bad in July a surprise for Dallas. The pool didn’t look too clean didn’t get in just lounged.
