This was our second time and it did not disappoint. It's an artistic quirky wonderful place, not for the boring. The staff are great. Every meal we had was actually delicious and the cocktail was spot-on. The rooms are huge, beds are comfy and the location is also very nice. We would stay here again and again. There was a small light switch issue which was resolved promptly. Well done all.

The shower flow was not good. Be prepared for the sound of traffic but it was a constant hum, nothing annoying at all and did not disturb our sleep.

The location was perfect - just outside downtown so the parking fee was much less expensive than the usual central downtown parking fees, yet still very convenient for everywhere we wanted to go. We enjoyed two tasty breakfasts in the hotel, as well as a late night snack - all were delicious and well-prepared. The beverages included cappuccinos, espressos, mochas, hot chocolate, and a full bar. All the staff were very friendly and helpful - you could tell they loved hanging out in this fun hotel. The decor is whimsical and artsy and we enjoyed discovering all the surprising fun art elements. We also appreciated receiving 2 free bottles of water every day of our stay. WiFi was good - we had a 2-hour FaceTime call with very little "freezing". Angela at the front desk checked in with us daily by text, and Jenifer in the restaurant was very friendly and accommodating. Overall we felt very well taken care of.

Our room was on the freeway side and although we were on the 11th floor, some louder vehicles like motorcycles and trucks could be heard - that's why I pack my earplugs. The parking lot was outdoors - would have been nice to be parked in a covered garage, but that would probably be more expensive. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay here again.

the facilities were wonderful. The pool area was the best. The decor was so ecclectic and a pleasure to be around.

The restaurant made an extremely bad coffee that I couldn't drink. A shock to be charged $6.50! I was a little concerned with the location, I was warned by the locals and others living in Dallas that behind the hotel is an area that I shouldn't walk in due to high crime. This was a little disconcerting for a female solo traveller.

The outside breakfast truck was super amazing!! Best breakfast sandwich either of us have had in a long time! Also, parking was convenient. I was bummed about the lack of valet at first but honestly, the parking lot is so small it was fine. Not covered though but it wasn't raining coming or going so it worked out.

I wish there were other meal options or close areas to walk to go places but that's not the hotel's fault. We just took an uber to get to other areas.

Very cool unique hotel experience with a great view of the city. Very nice pool and the art is really different. Think Meow Wolf. Very clean and very friendly staff who were really accommodating.

The location is not ideal. it's convenient but there are a lot of homeless around the area. Also, you have to pay for parking which is a little ridiculous. Really kind of minor gripes though. It's a great hotel.

The uniqueness of the decor and the size of the hotel.

I visited that hotel 2 or 3 years ago and the decor was much more interesting and unique. I brought my sister there on this trip to show her what I saw before. The restaurant looked obismal with those prison, slate blue walls that lacked artwork and character. It was horrible along with the long table in the lobby. Also not having a microwave was a problem.

This hotel is very unique. Fun/funky decor-cool vibe. I took my kids to a concert in Dallas and chose this hotel due to the location of the venue. Not only was the room price very reasonable, but the beds were comfortable, and the room was decorated so cute and was very spacious. There is also a taco stand right outside (actually at the entrance to the hotel-and part of the hotel) that is open mornings serving breakfast tacos/pastries/coffee. We hit that up before leaving and it was great! My kids loved this stay and want to return when we come back to Dallas.

I didn't like that we had to pay for parking when the lot seems to be privately owned by the hotel. There is ample parking spaces and they even have an underground parking lot that has hotel access from there but even with a low $20 per day parking, seems that should be thrown in. But maybe that charge was to offset low room rate.

The staff was very nice and kind. Including the front desk, the maintenance and the restaurant people.

The bathroom is old. When we arrived, there was only hot or burning water in the sink and the shower stream was very low. It was later fixed. The location is in a really bad area where you can't walk anywhere to eat or hang out. The rooms facing the highway are a bit loud.

The hotel was so much fun. Artsy, dark, unique. It was perfectly me. There's lots to look at everywhere. Definitely cozy, bed was comfortable, fun decorations, some even for sale. I didn't have a chance to enjoy their dinner or breakfast, but the coffee at the place, just outside, very good. The hotel is downtown, so expect to pay to park in their own private lot, but easy to pay, and much cheaper than most, which is a bonus. I would not walk places based where it's at, but that's just me. However, i will definitely be staying there again!!

A little far to walk places.

The hotel art was really cool. Lots of places to take pics. My daughter loved the little window in the elevator to watch it. The room was very spacious, clean and the bed was comfy. It was too cold for the pool area but will definitely come back again.

Didn’t completely like how you have to pay for parking. It’s not like this is Vegas or NYC but I understand cause it is downtown. Also the area it’s in, there’s a homeless shelter nearby and lots of homeless people everywhere which was sad to see but there was a police officer in the parking lot and we always felt safe. There is nothing within short walking distance either for additional food options. The AT&T center is close and you can get to it walking if you knew where to go.
