The second room was clean and the hotel was in a safe area with only one way in or out.

When we checked in the room we were sent to was hot, and the toilet was backed up and wouldn't flush. We called down to the desk and the woman said someone would bring us keys to another room. It took a while but that did happen. Breakfast was like 20 dollars a person, we skipped that. At check out I was told they couldn't even print me a receipt because their system was down. The bed was terribly uncomfortable.

The staff was very friendly. Our room was nice and clean. Really liked the location! Everything we did was within a few minutes of the hotel.

The breakfast wasn't the best. Was a little disappointed in the pool area. The water was a little cold. There were paint chips or something floating in the water. Overall the pool area seemed a little outdated.

The facility was nice.

The staff was rude. We has 2 rooms booked. She was very adamant we only had 1. I had to call Bookings customer service to get it taken care of. She was of NO help at all. There was NO customer service at the hotel at all. We then had to wait for over an hour for a room, almost making us late for our engagement.

Something I didn’t like was some of the breakfast options, it was a ok breakfast. If you didn’t pay for breakfast with your room then it isn’t worth paying for the buffet

It’s a nice property. We did enjoy our stay. It is definitely a older property and it is showing it’s age but it’s nice for the money definitely liked it

Cleanliness can definitely be approved with housekeeping not terrible but not the best either. Our TV didn’t work correctly which sucked.

The breakfast was great! The pool was located on the top floor and the view was awesome. The staff did a great job by answering questions related to the city.

I think everything was great and did not find anything to complain about. Love this place and will stay again at another time.

Location to highways and restaurants. Quite suburban location. The exercise room really helped at the end of the day. Room was big enough with a giant TV to watch collage basketball.

Great location. Everything you need is close. One of our favorite restaurants (Egg Harbor) is in walking distance, the mall is a skip hop and jump away and there are so many eating places to choose from and room service is a plus!

This is very MINOR and this really isn't a dislike- the television doesn't have the option for guests to log into their own streaming services accounts as we have been able to do at other hotels. .That would be a great option to have. I watched a few good movies but it is definitely nicer when they can be seen without commercials

The staff customer service was wonderful and bright. My family enjoyed the pool and the hours allotted.

No face towels given during our stay. No hot tub on premises. Restaurant not open on weekends. Air Freshner in the hallway would be beneficial.

I loved the location and the staff was very helpful and friendly. This hotel also offered a buffet breakfast for a price per person and it smelled amazing. The bed was super comfortable. Very close to everything.

The fact that the pool was out of order and the hotel didn't tell guests before or during check in.
