Location to Amtrak station. I felt safe. The breakfast was good. The coffee was hot and the ladies who worked the food area were very pleasant and kind.

Some noisy kids running through the hall around 9pm pounding on doors and laughing. A fellow guest opened his door and yelled at them and I think they yelled back at him but then it calmed down so maybe he called you guys at the desk now I know you have no control over this, but I think you were notified and did something because it stopped so thank you

Great room layout heat worked well Nice and clean bathroom Breakfast had a pancake maker instead of waffle a good change the Breakfast selection was good the front desk staff very welcoming. A pool table in lobby was a nice amenity. A very good stay

Very minor issues The automatic air fresheners in the hallways and lobby area need to be set to a lower level. While scent was nice it was very overwhelming at times. The headboards in the rooms needed dusting this is common in a lot of hotels.

The breakfast was very good. Our room was very clean and the very large tv was a plus. I really liked the walk in shower because I have difficulty getting in and out of tubs. We would definitely stay there again.

The room had a very musty smell when we first stepped in. After putting on the AC, the smell mostly disapated. The walk in shower had issues with draining the shower water and sometimes came out on the floor if you did not direct the spray nozzle in the proper direction.

We really enjoyed everything about this facility. It was either fairly new, or newly refurbished. We had to get the building maintenance guy come up to setup the TV but then was fine. Complementary breakfast was good, as was the desk manager. We selected this facility due to its proximity to the Amtrak AutoTrain. Would highly recommend it for anyone taking the AutoTrain the next day.

The property is updated, well maintained, and clean. Room was clean and perfect for what I needed. Location was very near AmTrak Auto Train Station which was important for this trip. Plenty of parking the night I stayed. Everyone that worked there was helpful, friendly, always available to answer my questions, and very kind. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Stayed one one night on my trip passing through and had an outstanding experience.

Very clean but there was a little trash still in the trash can. Beds were great! Breakfast was better than others. Elevator was clean .

The caulking around the tub was in bad shape but shower worked fine. The staff was very good but they were very short on staff and there were no luggage carts at reception. Elderly were struggling with luggage and canes. Most of us were going on the auto train.

Breakfast was good, and well prepared. Room was neat and clean. Everything was nice.

There was only one luggage cart for a large hotel. The other one was there with a sign saying it was broken. The repair would have takes 15 to 20 minutes but I guess it does not matter. I was traveling with two other retired people and have to carry the luggage to the room on the far side of the 2nd floor.

i loved how clean the room and common areas were. the staff was very friendly and helpful. they cleaned the room very well and had a fridge and coffee maker.

i did not like the breakfast. the eggs were very soggy and there was not a big variety of choices. i did not like that housekeeping did not come in while i was away. there was garbage to be taken out.

The proximity to the highway. Friendly staff especially the lady that assisted with checkout. I believe her name is Lisa Amenities like hands soap, shampoo, conditioner, except I was missing a body wash. I failed to complain because it is minor for one night stay.

The room was not vacuumed. There was no body wash soap. Too many hands soap in room 325

The room was clean and l was comfortable. The beds and pillows was nice and plush. I had good sleep. I also like that the hotel provided dove soap and other dove products to use doing our stay. The towels was very soft as well.

The breakfast could have been better. The eggs was not so good. The oatmeal also was very runny. I can say l did enjoy the cinnamon roll.
