The hotel location is great, a few minutes walk to the metro station, breakfast was excellent, great and helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable.

There was a small leak from the bathtub through bathroom doors but beside that everything was superb.

Everything was perfect. Staff was perfectly kind and helpful, they even gave us hotel magnets. The rooms were tidy nice and comfortable the beds very nice and the bathroom was good as well very clean everything. The breakfast was included and was very nice! As well as the price was really good , we booked the same day. The reception works 24/7 and we checked in instantly, always kind whenever we come out or come in. The garden where we ate the breakfast was nice and very quiet. Also need to mention that the staff talks perfect english in difference to other hotels and apartments. Perfect location 7 minutes to a big metro station and 2 minutes to a bus station many restaurants (good ones) situated near the place stromgly recommend the one right 200 meters to the left of the restaurant. 10/10

There are no disadvantages here, only advantages. The only thing would be great. If the hotel made, at least in the basement, a small sauna. It would be beautiful, because she is running around the shops of Milan, to the museums, and it would be great for relaxation.

Uh, I really liked a lot of it. I have to admit that this is my second visit to Milan, in the previous visit I had a very bad experience with the apartment. But this time the Lombardia hotel as a choice was a hit! The staff, the reception staff and the super-friendly cystatics are excellent! The staff is ready to answer any question with very good instructions. The bed is very comfortable, even my partner, who has a lot of sleeping problems, was delighted with the comfort of the bed. The room is more than spacious, and the cleanliness is superb! Abundant breakfast, a large selection of food! The location is also very good, we found the hotel and parking very easily by car, and the metro is about a 10-minute walk away. All in all fantastic!

It was really clean both the reception and the room itself, the breakfast was also amazing - it had everything savory and sweet and it was on reasonable hours as well 7-10am- It is a 10 minutes walk from the closest subway station and there are quite a few people around so it's pretty safe. The room was being tidied up every day there were water provided in the room at a small charge and there were also waters provided in vending machines outside the rooms. The room also had air conditioning running all day and you could manage the temperature to your liking.

The fridge was tiny so you wouldn't really buy anything and keep it refrigerated.

The place was well kept and very clean. The staff was really nice. The bathroom were updated and the room was spacious. It had a small twin bed and a Queen size bed.

Access to the train/metro was a little far but we knew it. The bus stop is about half block away so we walked from the hotel to the stop and then to the station.

I had a lovely stay! The room remained nice and cool through out the day and night. My room was on the smaller size, yet still very comfortable. The location was very peaceful and easily accessible with the metro. The breakfast was also very good, the selection was very good.

I could occasionally hear the other residents during the night and I would hear everything happening on the hallways. I would have loved to have some more options with Teas during breakfast.

Room was spacious - with windows and balconies having decent views. Bathroom was clean and large. Not too noisy, though on the main road. Reasonable walking distance from the nearest metro - so well connected.

Breakfast options were very limited - most items were sugary(sweet) - not my taste in breakfast. They booked the taxi for me from some neighbourhood service - quoting me 'flat 120 Euro' as the price - and convinced me by saying outside taxis would be 'way more expensive'. At the time of pick-up driver quoted 140 Euro - which was surprising. When I asked the receptionist who booked the taxi why there is a divergence from the 'flat 120 Euro' that I was promised - he just washed his hands off saying that they may have sent a larger van etc etc(he did'nt even try calling the service again to understand why the driver was asking more) - his attitude certainly was disappointing to say the least.

The hotel staff who promptly helped us with the small problems that arose. The location is 10 minutes from the subway and Buenos Aires Boulevard. With the metro 6 stations to the center 2.2 Euro ticket. Very good cleaning. Good mattresses. Standard breakfast. There is the possibility of having dinner at the hotel in the evening for tired travelers.

The hotel is very good located, nice and comfy. The employees are very nice and willing to serve. I will stay again in the future.
