Almost the entire experience was excellent. The booking and check out process could not be easier, and the online staff was friendly and ultra helpful. The amenities were expansive and the rooms were super clean and comfortable. Also, one could not ask for a better location in Cape May.

The only real issue I had with our stay was the price point. Over $1,200 for one night at the Jersey Shore is exorbitant, and I understand the same rental is normally north of $1,300. I understand the market supports this pricing, but is literally the only thing that would keep us from returning.

So clean!! Super comfy beds and lots of room throughout the suite. Everything we needed was provided. The location was perfection!

Lift outside stopped working. It was noisy above us early in the morning. We were unfortunately able to hear another family's toddler running and stomping for 2 hrs each morning. It did affect our sleep. They were a nice family and didn't want to say anything.

The owners of this property thought of every detail! No sacrificing aesthetic for family comfortability, or vice versa. You can have both and Lokal does it right! Loved the kitchen, decor, appliances, proximity to beach and Washington Square. Arcade is across the street, beach service, pool, clean rooms, washer / dryer. What’s not to love?!

There’s nothing I didn’t like. If I was really trying to find something I’d say to add a tiny bit of lighting to the porch steps but truly that is it.

We brought breakfast fixings and enjoyed a low key, lazy meal before heading off to a coffee shop and exploring. Loved the ability to store food in fridge, great shower and bathroom layout, proximity to boardwalk and downtown pedestrian mall.

Shower adjustment, if available, was too high to reach

They even have a wheelchair accessible room with a private elevator. It doesn't get better than that (except for the beautifully appointed rooms of course):-)

Couldn't stay longer!

The location is exceptional. It’s walking distance to both the beach and the main shopping/restaurant areas. The hotel room came with a ton of amenities to make our stay as easy as possible.

The only thing I’d say is next time I’d request a room on the second floor for a little better view.

Clean, beautiful room, location

Didn’t like the fact that there weren’t any employees there. The fridge made noises all night and the bowl ran every time we flushed it

Beautifully appointed rooms with all the amenities. Everything was sparkly clean and anything you could need from coffee to beach chairs was already there.

The location was great. The LoKal was just beautiful. You can tell a lot of thought was put in to accommodate all the needs of the guests

very nice, clean place. the location was perfect. steps from the beach. right off the main strip on the beach and close to everything. I really loved the heated salt water pool. I liked the check in and out process very simple. parking which is needed.
