Staff is very nice, close to downtown, clean

I was surprised by the cleanliness and that the rooms were remodeled for the price I paid it was a great bargain. I personally wouldn't recommend small children as it wasn't that kind of environment as far as some guests but other than that my experience was great. The front desk check in clerk was nice and helpful. I would stay again.

Some guests staying there weren't family-friendly.

The coffee is phenomenal the breakfast bar is good got great muffins excellent cleanliness down there always there on time and the food stop quality it's not generic Cisco crap

Father's not much I didn't like about the place so I can tell you the only thing I didn't like was the elevators there is none but the new owner is presently putting all his efforts into buying every single thing he possibly can to make the accommodations top quality A1 and he's doing a great job at it

After the previous hotel, where I checked out, three days early , I would’ve been happy, even if this property had not exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and well appointed, and the lobby and outdoor areas were well maintained. The staff was very helpful on my few requests. I will stay there again.

It was very convenient to the surrounding locations and tractions and highways welded up plenty of security clean roomy breakfast on Sunday is absolutely phenomenal the coffee is great brand new laundry facility for guests

LOL well I'm getting older now so stairs are my worst enemy sometimes but it's not even a complaint it's just like I said I'm getting older now so it's harder to walk up and down

The location was close to the events I worked on back to back days and this gave me the opportunity to rest more than drive all the way home and back again.

I had a very late check in time and wasn't able to reach the staff based on the information posted in the lobby. Luckily I had another number in my phone as I'd called the hotel to confirm that an after midnight check in would be possible.

Great property at a fantastic price at one of the best locations in Nashville. The apartment is big with a fully functional kitchen, massive parking lot, guest laundry, nice clean rooms and much more. The new management is putting a lot of hard work in improving the infrastructure and they give special attention to guests. I would highlight recommend this property.

The manager was very friendly rooms are cleanly people are nice there easy access in and out of the highways airport etc

I got to say this time at this we stayed there not much to ask for better they're doing a lot of work to fix the place up but you can tell and they're doing a great job at it adding a lot of security which is a great thing

The staff here is very friendly and really makes you feel like you are a wanted customer. They take extra time to go above and beyond where you feel valued.

I can’t really say anything bad about this property. I have stayed in motels for work my entire life 365 days out of year past 2 years and they are the nicest people that I have dealt with
