What to say to express how incredible this place is! You are never going to get a better view in Siena than the one from the window and balcony here, it's incredible. The room was spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Top location just a few steps from the Campo. One of the best things about this place though is the very lovely Viola. She was the sweetest, most kind, warm and friendly host I think we've ever had. Nothing is too much trouble for her and we actually felt sad saying goodbye to her. Thanks so much Viola for the most perfect stay.

Everything was perfect!

The room location couldn't have been better! The courtyard leading to the entrance is right off the main street in Siena and the balcony view is in Il Campo! We were there for the extraction, the horse race team selection day, and had front row seats to the entire proceedings. The room is spacious and very comfortable beds. The AC works great and the shutters kept the noise to a minimum. It was wonderful waking up to the view and seeing the inky blue skies at night, right from our room. Viola took great care in making us feel welcome and available for our visit. Will have to return to Siena and will definitely book to stay there again!

The place was right in the center of Sienna, looking into the famous square. The building was old and very regal ! Also, Sienna is on the top of a hill, so to get to the property, you would have to take a million escalators and then walk about 10 mins to the property. Normally, It would not have been a problem, but my partner was injured, so was a little bit of a hassle. You can take a taxi to the place as well, so not really a big deal The property owner was very friendly, helpful and we had very good communications with her

The place was about dark, but not a biggie.

The location of this property is amazing, very central with unrivalled views across the main square from the balcony. Our room was extremely spacious and very clean but what made this already amazing room outstanding was the service we received from Viola and her team. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and spacious with lots of toiletries free of charge We’re also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary drinks and snacks available throughout our stay We would definitely choose this property again

There only problem with the property was that taxis will not always take you to the door due to the high volume of people in what is essentially a pedestrian area. This is not the fault of the property nor was it an issue for us but it might affect your decision if you have mobility issues

I would like to say this isnt a good place to stay so that its always available for when we want to go back, but that would be a lie, its superb! Viola is the loveliest host ever, nothing is too much trouble, she just wants you to love being there. And my goodness we did. The room was beautiful, superb new bathroom, and the most exceptional view. Absolutely fabulous!! Really clean and cleaned every day, the whole place smells lovely and fresh, there are little nibbles in reception and drinks to help yourself to, too. Viola just cannot do enough for you. This is an exceptional property in a stunning location and we loved every minute of staying there and look forward to returning as soon as we possibly can ❤

Leaving.

We had a PHENOMENAL stay at this beautiful apartment. It was a very special stay as my Husband and I were getting married in the Palazzo Pubblico and stayed here the night before. Viola and her team went out of their way to make our stay special, giving us free breakfast in another property and letting us use the apartment for a celebration after the ceremony with our family and friends. This was the most special stay I think we've ever had and I cannot wait to come back on our anniversary. Thank you Viola so much for everything. Ella and Bryan

I loved absolutely everything. Before my arrival, Viola contacted me and gave all explanations needed, so we were able to find the location and come easily to the apartment. It was beautifully decorated, with a lot of taste and style, the bed was huge and comfortable, we had everything at our disposal. The accommodation is extremely well located, in a small, cosy street, few steps from Piazza Il Campo. Viola made some suggestions about places to eat and shop, so we don't fall in tourist' trap. We came to Siena to work remotely and visit a bit and we were able to have all comfort needed to assist in all type of meetings we had, as well as dig into the deep work. We had our calm, our privacy. Each morning, we were asked if we needed anything, change towels, clean the room, everyone was so helpful and genuine. Viola was perfectly reachable, when I had a problem, she was able to respond me even at 11 PM, this was so reassuring. Finally, last day, we had our flight a bit late from Pisa, we were allowed to stay late in the room, so we can work, as it was raining outside, Viola also gave as some biscuits, a specialty from Siena. I had a wonderful stay, I cherish so much people that devote themself to take care of people, of the quality of their vacation. I would definitely recommend this place it was an honor to be their guest.

Perfect location with terrace overlooking the main square! Beautiful and easy access to restaurants, cafes & supermarkets. Staff were lovely to upgrade me to their best room. Was overwhelmed with joy to see the size of the apartment as a solo traveller. Siena is outstanding for a girls trip, solo traveller or with family. My second time returning in 23years Love, love, love 🙏🥰

Superb location! just next to the Piazza del Campo and a 1 min walk to the Siena Cathedral. Located in a high street which is very easy to reach. The room itself is very tidy and clean, with free snack and bottles of water which is really nice for a quick recharging when I arrived the guest house. The host Viola is super nice and friendly, before the stay I had a few questions and she always responded quickly and explained in details, really easy communcation. Self check-in is also super easy with the clear instructions. A really good place to stay for holdiays.

It could be a little noisy as it's close to the main street. But to me it's at an acceptable level. Earplugs are supplied in the room if you need that but I didn't use that.

Mike and I have had the fortune of staying in many hotels and short term rentals around the world but, this was by far our favorite. The location can’t be beat. The comfortable place and location were stellar. The staff took the experience over the top. We will be back and we already have friends wanting to come. The entire family was delightful and we were sad to leave. Bravo!!
